“Beware - this company is a con. They take your money but then become invisible - unable to contact by email, Chat is a con and does not work - you money will go and you will get no further contact. BEWARE - dont be conned into throwing your money away.”

“Avoid! Impossible to get a refund or swap! Size was way out. Customer Service non existent or not interested. Either way when you purchase don't expect to be able to swap or get a refund. Pointless shopping here for clothes where this is needed.”

“Stay Clear! I had the wrong top delivered 3 times & they wanted me to pay the return shipping. When I finally got them to pay for 1 return shipment I had a choice of putting it in my shein wallet or back on my card. I chose the wallet as I thought I would use it to buy something. It was gone when I went to use it . I asked where it went & received a form that its only good for 24 hrs! I never got an email telling me this or I would have used it or chose to have it refunded to my credit card. And this was after a ton of emails explaining why I shouldn't have to pay return shipping for their error! They have an answer for everything & this was my last straw. No more will I ever order from them!”

“I order my stuff last week and yet to receive any notification no transitioning or no signs of anything if your ordering clothes for summer or even just to have in your closet get to doing so NOW! o had 3 others told me that they didn’t receive anything until the 2nd or 3rd week that’s ridiculous prices needs to go down for clothes of it takes this long literally even with the fast shipping it’s still not here”

“Ordered 5 dresses. Received 4. Two of the four not the same as on description. Various emails and messages to them with photos but still no solution and no response!! Asked to send them back but too expensive to do so and scared it does not get to them.”

“I ordered a shirt from the company Shein, Shein is an international company that can ship all over the U.S. I started using the company Shein because it was where I first got my school supplies for my desk. After I purchased some school supplies I started buying other stuff until I got to the clothes section. I had bought other shirts and I liked this shirt because on the model it looked good, the shirt was like a shirt you would use at church and the color of it was white. It was covered from the back and it has a little cute bow where you tie it on the front of the shirt. The purpose of this shirt was to be used when I go to church so it would match with dress pants I have at home. I was super excited to order it but I got disappointed after I received it. The shirt did not fit my size even when I checked the size chart and started measuring my body. It was too big from the waist. It wouldn't be close to my liking even if the bow was there to make it cute. Strength number one of this company is that even though they give you an estimated amount of time it will come, it usually gets delivered more than expected which is good. Two nights ago I ordered dresses off shien and they got here today when it was expected to be delivered by next Tuesday Second Strength of Shein is that they give a lot of good coupons after you subscribe or create an account or after you order. The last time I bought fifty dollars worth of the things, I got in return thirty-five percent off my next purchase. The third strengths of Shein are is that their company offers a lot of goodies, such as school supplies, home decor, clothes for kids, men, and women, as well as shoes, jewelry. Weakness number one is that the company doesn't ship outside the U.S. meaning that only a certain amount of people can purchase their products Weakness number two is that the company Shein is outside the U.S. and if I were to complain to a manager or call the company it would just show that the phone line is not connecting or that they don't have a storehouse or an exact address where they can be located inside the U.S. Weakness number three is that there are so many people that put reviews on products making me think they just like putting false information so they don't get the sales. I know this because in my last order I saw some bad reviews on clothes or on products I bought and when I received it I didn't see what was so bad about it. False information is not so helpful for the buyer which is something Shein should resolve on their website. My general opinion of the product is that I did not like it. They need to review their size chart and put in a correct or accurate size chart. Though they overall do good on the other products they might need to reevaluate their size chart on the mean, women, and kid section if it were to happen to another customer then get mad then I would be. I would 100% recommend the company for their good products but I would tell them to look closely at the clothes they buy and check that it's their correct size before purchasing and then having to return because it doesn't fit. I would give it three out of five stars for their effort and dedication for being able to sell in the U.S.”

“I agree with others stating how hard it is to try and return goods. Shein sent me the wrong size top (their mistake) 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. I sent photos as proof and it states I have to pay for the return. I have not had any contact from them over their mistake and agree they make it impossible to return anything. They sent a size 1XL when I ordered 3XL have included photo as proof. JUST BEWARE THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS OR REFUND EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR MISTAKE.....”
