Clothes were cheaper quality than displayed. There is NO way to return them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a good amount of clothes to gift to my nephew for Christmas since I saw they had good pricing. I paid expedited shipping which is around $13 so that I could get it here as soon as possible.They took alittle bit longer than expected to process my order but I figured I ordered with enough time that it wouldn’t be a problem. Well, after they finally shipped, it seems my parcel got lost in transit. I kept reaching out to FedEx as Shein told me once they ship it’s no longer their problem. Finally after a week of no movement or help from FedEx, I reached back out to SHEIN to see if I could at least be refunded so I could possibly reorder my items or buy another gift for my nephew. They asked me to give them another 7 business days to investigate what happened before I contact them again. At this point, I’m out of money, time and gifts. I tried to be patient and gave them the time they requested to look into what happened. The 7 business days have come and gone so I requested that they refund me my full amount. They told me I would not be refunded shipping which was $13 because it’s not something they do. Instead they tried to give me a coupon code for free shipping which mind you, you get free shipping if you order more than $49 anyways. They are complete scammers that don’t care about their customers. Do yourself the favor and shop elsewhere as they will do nothing to help you out when things go wrong.

We ordered a few items of which most was perfect. 2 shorts were too small(not true to size) . The cost to send it back for a refunds exeeds the value of the items by far. This is sad as we cannot wear these at all.😔

Parcel way over the expected delivery time. Ordered on 3 December 2021, payment was quick to be asked. Estimated delivery was between 22 - 25 December 2021. When we enquiry about the parcel, it was then that Shein notify us that the parcel is going out on the 23rd of December 2021 (airport China). When asked for payment for VAT and customs, we paid immediately, it was paid when email was received. Notice we paid this before the notice of the delay of the parcel leaving on the 23rd Dec 2021. Then the delay from the logistics company. Finally scanned in at SA warehouse (airport DC). Checking every day, but movement only every 5 days. Still waiting for Buffalo to deliver. Package in transit now for more than a month. Disappointed with Shein and Buffalo. How can Shein use such poor logistics company like Buffalo. These companies are quick to ask for payment and when it comes to delivery, poor service. And so we still hope to receive the parcel this week....maybe we will get lucky....

My order is delayed by 3 weeks, and the vendor ain’t doing refund unless I send the package I never received back. And even then they wouldn’t return money for three weeks. So they basically stole my money and never delivered the order.

When they refunded to my two returns, they kept the TAX I paid to the government!!! Customers normally do not notice that!!!! That was very sneaky and ILLEGAL! Their sizing is very off - hard to buy something actually fit. Customer service was poor, nowhere to email them. Agent's English is also poor - plus they provided wrong info for return address

I am still waiting for both my orders today which I have paid for on 26th of November 2021. One of them is still in China, yet I have paid money for both CUSTOMS. All I get from SHEIN is an apology and points but no action. I am left alone to sort the mess of people they chose. Tommorow is a day away from Christmas and my family will have no clothes for Christmas. I've had stress for 2 weeks now and my money almost R10 000 for stress 😭😭😭😭

I applied a 15% coupon code when I was checking out. There was a glitch that caused it not to be applied upon final submission of my order. I contacted customer service right away, but they refused to help me.

Goods were supposed to arrive between 15th and 18th December. Today is the 21st and still no delivery in sight. Buffalo Logistics do not respond to Whatsap messages, eventhough they claim its quicker and convenient. Call center non existent, but call volumes remain high? Shows on the website that my parcel has been shipped. It's on the way to me now for several days. Very poor indeed. Shein, if you see this, use another shipper. My daughter is very disappointed that she will not get her order. I get that its the festive season, but at least respond and give realistic timing. Not answering is poor on your part Buffalo Logistics. First and last time that i will order from Shein. Congratulations to those who have received ther goodies. As for me, i surely will have to write this off. Thanks Shein, life lessons are always welcomed.

Ordered Christmas gift for my granddaughter almost 2 months ago and it has never arrived still in transit apparently luckily it was very inexpensive and it’s probably not even worth the hassle of trying to get my money back but really how dishonest to take money and not deliver! Will not recommend SHEIN

My parcel was suppose to be delivered today 20-12-2021 However it's still sitting in transit ...it's disappointing because I was looking forward to wearing this clothing for my birthday really disappointing for my first time ordering

I ordered a pants 1.5 months ago, but i chose wrong size. then i requested an exchange. I posted the pants back as requested and applied exchange to a smaller size. However, I RECEIVED A SAME SIZE PANTS a month later after i spending another $12 for posting back!!! THE 1ST OEDER, THE LAST ORDER!!

My first time EVER ordering from Shein on Nov 15 2021 and paid for the shipping that guaranteed arrival Nov 25 the latest for a trip I was taking on Nov 27. I called on the 20th of Nov to ask what was the issue as to why my order is nowhere to be found. Nobody had any information. Finally on Nov 24th they email me that it will arrive Dec 1st. I told them to cancel my order as I no longer want or need it because obviously I can’t do anything with the order AFTER my trip. They refused to cancel so I contacted the shippers and had them return to Shein. On Dec 6 they emailed my my refund would be here by Dec 14th the lastest. It is now Dec 19th 2021 and I have NOT received my refund and obviously no clothes. I’ve contacted Shein on more than several occasions to the point where their representative Levi blocked my account from being able to contact Shein altogether so I had to use my second email address to contact them and complain about that as well. The moment I asked for a contact rep from their legal department so that my lawyers may reach out to them, that is when all of a sudden Shein put a senior representative on the case to investigate. Again today is Dec 19 2021 and I still have not received my refund of over $140+ from an order place on Nov 15 2021. My first and last time EVER using Shein.
