my sister bought from here and we are both so disapointed as a light came way to small no remote wich was said there would be and a crack very disappointed don't buy from shein

They managed to deliver my orders on the eve of CNY 2022 morning. Eventhough they did mention that there may be delay of 5-7 days. I'm impressed. This is the 2nd time I purchase from them. Will buy more in the future! Trusted brand!

I brought a Camo pants! I read the reviews before and actually was happy because the reviews was good. The delivery was quick, but I got my right size and was very big by the zipper, the legs too. It came ripped at front by the zipper. Well, I’m don’t know much about the return policy! I don’t recommend!

I ordered my parcel on the 27/10/2021 from shein china and the estimated time was 18/11/2021 and up until today 25/01/2022 I did not receive my parcel and I am not able to communicate with them no contact details or email that they respond to

Shipping is extremely long! The website gives you one day & when you make the purchase the date is extended. Very disappointed, I made my order 01/10/2022 and it’s now saying delivery date 01/24/2022. Now it looks as if my daughter won’t have her outfit for her birthday. Literally took 2 weeks for delivery. Now my daughter doesn’t have an outfit for her birthday 😔

I was wary of this company since they advertise everywhere, and I have been disappointed (make that very disappointed) with Chinese based firms before. I ordered a few things for a small cost and they arrived well within the estimated time frame. They are thin and low quality, but this is the same as you could say about some other UK based firms. I have since ordered several things and experienced no problems (except one caused by Royal Mail). The items are fun and not intended to be high fashion, and most will end up in charity shops somewhere down the line. No problems with receiving the goods or the goods themselves. Just slow, and that is to be expected, don't order anything you are in a hurry for.

You Get what you pay for sizes are in different I ordered medium some came out like an extra large and some came out like a small. Quality is very thin.

I have never heard of Shein until yesterday. I reviewed my credit card account and somehow they charged $332.34 to my credit card. The bank issued me a credit and canceled my card but Shein turned around and charged my card again before the bank could cancel card. I can only assume this company is nothing but scammers. warning: STAY AWAY form Shein!!!!

I ordered 2021-12-19 and say order is arriving between the 7th and 10th of january, today is 14 january and still nothing, i’ve emailed and no response. Disgusting.

I've made numerous purchases over the past year and I have to say that the price to quality is pretty nice. Of course the quality is not going to be as nice (you're paying a 1/4 to 1/2 of quality items) but they are still great. The sizes are always on each item and tend to be pretty accurate. I usually stick to dresses, pants, vests, shoes, and accessories. I haven't had the best luck with tops yet. I've also bought some party supplies for about 1/3 of what would cost to get off Amazon and they seem fine. As for shipping and customer service, I will say that since I have shopped there frequently, I receive my items within 2 weeks (3 around the holidays) and have had great luck with customer service. Shipping can be held up due to customs (it's shipping FROM CHINA) so you can't blame Shein too much. I have returned a few items which does take some time to get a refund unless you're doing store credit, which is usually what I do. Chats (since you're in different time zones) can take a few days but they are great to work with. I had a necklace come in broken and they replaced it for me. Quick tip: If an item is out of stock, wait like a week and it usually comes back in stock.

I ordered a good amount of clothes to gift to my nephew for Christmas since I saw they had good pricing. I paid expedited shipping which is around $13 so that I could get it here as soon as possible.They took alittle bit longer than expected to process my order but I figured I ordered with enough time that it wouldn’t be a problem. Well, after they finally shipped, it seems my parcel got lost in transit. I kept reaching out to FedEx as Shein told me once they ship it’s no longer their problem. Finally after a week of no movement or help from FedEx, I reached back out to SHEIN to see if I could at least be refunded so I could possibly reorder my items or buy another gift for my nephew. They asked me to give them another 7 business days to investigate what happened before I contact them again. At this point, I’m out of money, time and gifts. I tried to be patient and gave them the time they requested to look into what happened. The 7 business days have come and gone so I requested that they refund me my full amount. They told me I would not be refunded shipping which was $13 because it’s not something they do. Instead they tried to give me a coupon code for free shipping which mind you, you get free shipping if you order more than $49 anyways. They are complete scammers that don’t care about their customers. Do yourself the favor and shop elsewhere as they will do nothing to help you out when things go wrong.

We ordered a few items of which most was perfect. 2 shorts were too small(not true to size) . The cost to send it back for a refunds exeeds the value of the items by far. This is sad as we cannot wear these at all.😔

Parcel way over the expected delivery time. Ordered on 3 December 2021, payment was quick to be asked. Estimated delivery was between 22 - 25 December 2021. When we enquiry about the parcel, it was then that Shein notify us that the parcel is going out on the 23rd of December 2021 (airport China). When asked for payment for VAT and customs, we paid immediately, it was paid when email was received. Notice we paid this before the notice of the delay of the parcel leaving on the 23rd Dec 2021. Then the delay from the logistics company. Finally scanned in at SA warehouse (airport DC). Checking every day, but movement only every 5 days. Still waiting for Buffalo to deliver. Package in transit now for more than a month. Disappointed with Shein and Buffalo. How can Shein use such poor logistics company like Buffalo. These companies are quick to ask for payment and when it comes to delivery, poor service. And so we still hope to receive the parcel this week....maybe we will get lucky....
