“Hotiible level of customer service. They lie about their product and shipment time. They don’t deliver their product in time and give you false promises on the delivery time. For example they say that your item has been shipped and later on you realized it’s been two weeks and they never send out the items. Expect to revive your items wayyyy tooo late. Their quality is poor and they made their clothes with the worst sbd cheapest fabrics out there. If you want a refund, you can only email them and they provide you with limited support. This company is a scam who sends you the cheapest product from China. Their picture and product information are also incorrect. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST”

“They are theives they take ur money and do not send the stuff ,buffalo is pathetic they do not answer calls or what's app ,buffalo says iv paid my tax the problem is with shein ,shein says problem is with buffalo between the 2 iv lost 3k DO NOT USE UNLESS U WILLING TO LOSE UR MONEY”

“Such poor customer service. They just want your money and then its up to the luck of the gods as to when u get the order, if you get the order, and the quality of items. Some items are OK. But quality general sucks.”

“I ordered on the 11th November and still do not have my items as at 9th December. Sent emails and request and still no answer. I think I have been ripped off. Not even an update of where they are or how much longer. Totally dissatisfied with Customer support - WHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT”

“I must say that I was very happy buying at Shein, until I placed a large order to try on several dresses. I kept a dress that costed around £25 and I had to pay more than £40 for handling fees on my return. I wasn't aware of that as they advertise free returns. I feel scammed and very disappointed as they did hide these fees trough the purchase and return process. I tried to communicate this with the customer support several times, but they are not offering any solution, just to bare with it. They are saying that these fees are from transportation, labor wage and other costs in specific markets. What!!?? Totally disappointing and not even worth it.”

“So I originally write a bad review about Shein in regards to a missing item but feel like I need to edit my last post. Shein did an excellent job correcting their mistake and quickly shipped my missing order! For those having difficulty I highly recommend the live chat via the Shein app from GooglePlay. Customer service was prompt and very easy to work with. Overall great experience. Thank you Shein!!❤”

“If I could give a -5 star I would. I have not received my orders. They ship from China. They do not care to resolve the issue and I will have to go through my bank and dispute the charges.”

“I do not want to give even a -1 star. This is pure junk. Dresses are so cheap quality and false delivery promise. They charge extra shipping costs for fast delivery and deliver later than normal delivery. Refused to refund the extra shipping costs. Packing was so bad that they put 6 dresses in a polythene bag where you can pack only one dress.”

“Shein has miss or hit products. But most of the reviews will tell you what you should know.. I love more then half the products I've received. Right now I am noticing that my shopping cart totals for $10.00 more then the actual dollar amount of the items I have in my cart. I never noticed before because I was excited about the items I found. But now no matter what I take out of my cart or add to it the total is $10.00 more the the dollar amount in the cart. The calculation does not add up. So Shein it adding $10.00 to your order with no explanation. I can't find a way to contact them to resolve the issue.”

“My shipment is over two weeks late and as an apology they sent me 50 shein points (equivalent to approximately $0.50) and they expire in 30 days… ridiculous!”
