Awful customer service!!! Late delivery with wrong sofa delivered in the first instance, then had to make repeated calls to rebook, also was repeatedly told someone would call me back but no one did! When the sofa eventually arrived the cushions were not matching and my order was incomplete. Trying to contact customer services was even worse - after holding on the phone for 30 mins I was cut off, this happened multiple times! Just plain awful, never again!

Would be minus 5 star if I had my way Avoid avoid avoid Keen enough to take your order & money. When it comes to them owing you £1200 & missing parts of a sofa they don’t want to no discussing company they don’t deserve loyal customers I’ve bought a few sofas from them but no more. TRADING STANDARDS it is then it will take longer but at least I’ll get my money back they can come & take the sofa back too or we will be dropping it off outside one of there shops. WHACH THIS SPACE

They’ve had my full balance money since beg August. Delivery date was given as 20 Nov. Not good. But then, haven’t heard a thing. Spent ONE&HALF hours on the phone in a queue just to speak to someone because emails weren’t answered and web chat waited ages to be told I’d get an answer on email. I didn’t. Person on the phone 2 weeks ago said they would sort it and let me know. 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Not even quick email. AVOID THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RUBBISH. Can’t answer the following questions correctly. You don’t have boxes for over 4 months delivery or how did I communicate with the company....ALL ways and still no help. And how long did the company take to respond to my query?...............still waiting........ NO STARS

I purchased the Gabrielle Boxing Day 2019 , delivered 10 weeks later , crush mark on facia side of love seat, main suite springs and cushion collapsed still waiting to be resolved DEC 2020.NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS , POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with , after sales is disgusting they need a people management course. After a year of dealing with them , I would never go near them again be warned

Where do you begin.... delayed my order as they had taken my address down incorrectly, delivered one chair and HALF a sofa!!! Delivered the other half two weeks later, stained very badly and ripped, still not had my other sofa delivered and still not had a call to tell me when. Website is rubbish, web chat a waste of time and be prepared to waste HOURS on the phone trying to resolve issues. If this company went bust I would not be surprised. They are awful. I strongly recommend you avoid them and buy from a local supplier. Still had no response after emailing and postal complaint. Save yourself a lot of upset due to a very poor customer service and shocking products. Don't let them fob you off with Covid as the issue either. Its poor customer service and awful quality products not the pandemic!!!

Missed delivery, unapologetic customer service rearranged delivery unfortunately both sofas were damaged. I had to chase for updates multiple times as customer service do not bother to keep you updated and ignore emails. Eventually cancelled sofas and refunded as they do not inspire trust that furniture will be repaired to a high standard given initial experience with Sofology. Not a pleasant experience and not a very professional company to deal with so will unfortunately avoid in the future - on the plus side a work colleague has avoided Sofology based on my experience and purchased sofas elsewhere.

Bought a sofa with 2 recliner mechanisms, after a year one side broke and it was fixed. Within a year the same side mechanism that was replaced last year has broken again. I was informed last year that i would not get a 2 year warranty on the part, however when i rang up again this year to get it fixed the assistant confirmed that as this part is only 1 year old its still under warranty. Perhaps avoid buying from sofology until they give 5 year warranties on mechanisms and fixed price repairs. The item was too expensive to break so soon. Also don't buy their cleaning liquid pack! its a waste of money, soapy water and dabbing with kitchen roll followed by warm water and dabbing with kitchen roll works just as well

Avoid at all costs!! Having the sofa 3 years ago have already had out to fix 2 issues 1st was poor stitching on delivery 2nd was leather colour peeling off Now we are having same issue again with colour peeling off and refusing to cover under warranty. Not covered by the pointless sofashield 5 year protection we paid for. Very poor quality would avoid at all costs my last sofa from harveys never had any peeling after 12 years

I would click no stars if there was an option! Avoid avoid avoid that is my review in a nutshell. I feel totally scammed and miss sold by this company. Their customers service skills and communication is nonexistent and you have to keep chasing them. Email, phone calls, DM’s , priority team emails, complaints don’t get answered. Your left just waiting for the estimated delivery date on your sofology app to change time again and again, wondering why. No one knows if your sofa has actually been made yet or what part of the process it’s at. So unprofessional giving excuses when you get through to them or they we chat you back after 4 days to say about annual leave and small team. As a customer your company staff issues should not be affecting my experience. I feel sorry for the staff working for such a cowboy company, a rogue trader who is scamming people with false hopes. Still waiting for sofas ordered in August and was told they would be with us early Nov now to be told Dec.

Ordered and paid for settees in August 2020 to be delivered on 11/10/20 someone phoned to say it would be delivered as agreed so we got rid of our old settees o the 11th some one phoned to say it was a mistake so now we are sitting on dining room chairs SOFAOLOGY promised delivery on the 25/10 but again no delivery new date 6/11 not delivered definitely the 11/11 but sadly no delivery .have tried endless phone calls texts emails this has to be the most useless company going poor customer service all I want is my money back must be better companies out there Avoid Avoid Avoid like the plague they really don’t care about customers rubbish outfit

Sharp Screws falling out from the leather sofas poor quality after paying for high quality very disappointed, I would have second thoughts buying furniture and think of health n safety of your home

One base cushion is very firm, one is extremely soft. Technician assures me this is how the sofa is supposed to be without even feeling the cushion himself. Customer service want nothing to do with it anymore as a technician has confirmed that there is no fault. DO NOT BUY FROM SOFOLOGY.

Great sales staff, reassuringly expensive, AWFUL suite. Customer service not interested other than pointing me in the direction of a YouTube video on how to plump cushions.

Well it looks by the reviews I am in the same boat, we ordered a sofa which was delivered in May 19, within 2 months stitching came apart, got a new seat cover and this lasted 6 weeks, in May 20 was given a refund against a new sofa, ordered it with 20 weeks wait time, now 27 weeks and not even an email, spoke to trading standards and now give them a week for resolution and then will take it further, you all need to start with CAB and they will assist you with any court proceedings

Bought a leather suite from sofology which cost around £3000.00 pounds looked at it in the showromm and it looked nice ,but what was delivered was Chinese rubbish and looked nothing like the display model ,the frame creaked, the leather was multiple various skins and the stitching was abysmal ,tried to send it back and select another or a refund but just got fobbed off 11 emails and many phone calls later i had to give up as i was stressed beyond belief ,they even told me that one wrinkly arm was because it was made from cows belly leather and it looked natural ,i have been sold chinese tat and fobbed off by very rude dismissive staff ,do not buy any of their rubbish !!!!!!!

Sofa ordered 4 months ago with an estimated delivery of four weeks, the sales team are very easy to get hold of and very keen to advise and help. Four months later still no sofa, no estimated delivery date and no response from customer services via email or the website after contacting several times. Have contacted sofology 3 times by phone, each time had a minimum of 30 minutes wait, to be told basically that I will be informed when it is available for delivery but until then they don't know a time scale. I would not recommend to buy from Sofology and would never use this company again

I oredered a settee footstool and chair delivered 6 weeks late upon delivery the chair was missing. Found out it had been sold to someone else by mistake ? The settee arm leather padding was missing and the hole for the legs on the footstool didn't line up therefore legs couldn't be attached correctly. I was fuming sofology offered to repair both goods which I refused I didn't buy substandard furniture to have it repaired. The missing chair would be replaced by another random chair until a reorder of the entire suite could be delivered in 17 weeks. After spending what seems like forever on the phone to customer services I cancelled the order and have arranged a pick up of the substandard furniture. Luckily I bought this on interest free I would have been devastated to have paid cash. I wasn't told at the point of sale that the furniture was mass produced abroad I was naive to think it was handmade in Britain and quality was assured. I have never complained on a website however I have spent 2 days on the phone to sort out this horrific mess. BUYER BEWARE
