“I ordered a puzzle about 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. Only today was it shipped. Customer service has been in touch with me but takes them a few days to answer my emails. On top of that the website says shipping will take 5-8 days but in the confirmation email I got it says shipping can take up to 10 days. The inconsistency is confusing. I'm upset that the gift I purchased wasn't delivered in time nor do I feel like the company is making an effort to fast track the order after it was already delayed.”

“I love Soufeel all the items on the app and its at a great price. Anybody can afford to purchase any custom item. I been order from the app for years now, it’s amazing. It doesn’t take long for u to receive the item either. The customer service is awesome. When u make a mistake on an order, u can contact them immediately and they will get right back to right away and make sure u are good with the order. It only takes a few days for u to revive ur purchase. It’s no long wait time.”

“Product was not as described nor looked like photo. Waves in middle of all 6 canvases. Customer support pretty much let me know I can reorder, no refund no replace. Do not recommend to anyone.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased a customized moon lamp on 04/10 and it supposedly shipped out on 04/20. However it’s 05/04 and I have not received anything. I emailed three different times and I get automated responses that it’ll arrive within 3-6 business days. The tracking number they gave me is useless because all I see on the tracking information is “on its way to a USPS” it doesn’t confirm that a USPS has received my item. The items are being shipped from California - it makes no sense that it’s taking all this time. I came across this website AFTER purchasing through Soufeel’s website and I really wish I would’ve came across this website beforehand. I saw everyone’s reviews and I’m amazed at what a scam this company is. Save your money and buy somewhere else.”

“I ordered a watch over a month ago, and haven't got a message, that it would be delivered for about two weeks, when I asked the customer support, when they would deliver the package. They told me that things would be difficult because of Corona, which is understandable. Today I got the watch and I have to say: the engraving is wonky at best. The "wooden present box" was a cartboard box. This made the whole present rather... Pathetic...”
