Avoid..unless they are selling they don’t want to know. Iglu booked us on a flight that would never have made the cruise last check in time..we were refused boarding even though the ship was still in dock. Multiple calls to Iglu only to have the phone put down on us. When I finally got to speak to someone in ‘customer service’ (joke) they disagreed with me about the local time..saying I had the time wrong!! I was in the country..I knew the time!! It’s now been well over a month & I’ve still not received any compensation or even an apology. Do not book with IGLU CRUISE.

Booking was simple. But when it came. To paying the balance we were given two different prices. So we emailed, filled in customer contact forms and were completely ignored except to get another email telling Us we will Be charged extra if payment was Late. We phoned and were on the pone for over two hours waiting to get to Position from 1 from position 11. Will never book with them again. This is after over 20years of using them the situation is still unresolved.

Non existent customer service. Don't book with them. The booking process is great and nice and easy, but once they have your £ they don't care. A cruise booked in 2022 with an agreement of direct, long haul flights has now been changed to indirect flights and the loss of a day at our final destination. Our hotels have also been downgraded, we can accommodate that, but the flight changes are disgusting. They don't respond to queries on the customer portal, so you're left with no alternative but 2 hours on the phone. AVOID

Stay clear of this company. They are great upfront but trust me when things don’t go to plan they are no where to be seen and do not respond to calls or emails. They owe me money and won’t respond. I suspect they are financial unstable.

Do not book through this company. They are excellent when you are booking but when you have a query there is absolutely no customer service no reply to emails, when you call no one ever picks up the phone

Customer service is shocking. Cristian there staff very unprofessional, rude and ignoring the information I was providing. Calling iglu, they never answer calls. Never book through them. You will be treated good and when you pay them money and after they will ignore you. We booked through them in 2022 and now when time to board ship . They are rude and not issuing our tickets. I would think 10 times before booking through them .

Booked over ten cruises with iglu and value for money they are very good. However when you issues like getting tickets and boarding cards they never answer emails and there customer care is disgusting. On further investigation they never pay the cruise lines until the last minute hence causing the delay in obtaining tickets. We have to pay iglu weeks before the cruise so there is no excuse for them in not paying the cruise company. SO PLEASE BEWARE this usually occurs before a company goes into administration especially as they ignore emails etc.

Dreadful. Paid deposit and final balance then a demand came in for an extra £150. Asked for explanation told by email that I owe it. Asked for further explanation by telephone . Told that she would pass to finance department. I asked to speak to someone about it. Not possible I would get an email. Asked to speak to a manager. Not possible . Insisted that a manager should speak to me. Not possible until everything checked. Meanwhile non payment excess going up all the time. What do I do?

We booked a 4 week cruise around Asia sailing from Singapore. We went on the Holland America. It was a disaster from the start as yet again. We were advised the ports of call had been cancelled due to they claimed visa restrictions (India). One of the main reasons was to visit that area. We were dumped in disused ports often accessed by tender. On one occasion we were left for over 3hrs by the dock gates waiting for transport to the nearest town 1hr away. Transport never arrived. This was just a small example of the way genera wee used. Often waiting for hrs to be.taken ashore. The ports of call changed daily leaving us to travel on one occasion to a rat infested town having waited hrs for the tender and transport to the town centre. Most people refused to get off the bus. Iglu had arranged this package including transport which failed to arrive. The ships hygiene was a disgrace given covid with cross contamination from utensils left in salads etc. Iglu cannot be responsible for the poor availability of the food, however it had arranged the holiday from scratch and clearly aware of the endless changing venue abd complaints from an abundance of unhappy travellers. Our 4 week holiday was ruined leaving us now to sue Iglu for breach of contract and our ruined holiday, let alone the thefts from our cabin which of course is not Iglue’s fault save that they used thus sub standard cruise company and have failed again to take any action against the company as they continue to use this company when clearly there are you’d cruise ships used by other companies who care about its reputation and travellers Disgusted

Paid iglu on time for my cruise, but they did not take the money straight away and then charged me a £60.00 late payment fee. I repeatedly let them know this, but they have hounded me for the money by email and phone saying they will cancel the cruise if I don’t pay. Disgusting service and extremely stressful. DO NOT USE!

These people are lairs . They take your money give you no help with the details of your cruise . They offer a better cabin which turns out not to be and charge you more money. When you have a complaint two weeks before you sail , they will give you the run around right up to the day beford your cruise and then refuse to do anything about it. THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TRADE NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Iglu cruise take your money for a cruise but after this it takes ages to get through to them on phone the. You either get cut off by unhelpful staff or they promise to do what you ask and don’t absolutely dreadful company to federal with will never use again

Never book with Iglu cruises. On the website they quote a price for balcony but when they talk to you, they say maybe or u might get clear review. They twist their wording. After a few weeks the cruises liner sends a letter saying you have obstructed view and pay more for clear view. Donna, the complaints manager is not a very polite person to talk to. Although we booked with Iglu I have been told I have to pay for their cancellation charges and as well as for the cruise liner. Although never booked with the cruise liner. It seems they have found a good way to take all your deposit. We have previously booked cruises with Iglu and recommended to friends, but never again will I make a mistake to book with Iglu. Even after informing the complaints manager of my husband's health and mine, her tone was very abrupt.

I decided to book elsewhere and since that time I’ve been bombarded with emails from Iglu. I’ve had about 20 stating the same thing today. I’ve asked them to stop sending them but to no avail. We cruise a lot but we certainly won’t use Iglu in future.

Would like to help future iglu customers ,do not trust iglu .paid £ 6300 for cruise plus bali stay .cruise turned around and returned after 9 days . Monies returned by iglu £800 .Had hoped they would have gone out of business by now . MICHAEL SPARKES .

As a loyal and returning customer, I recently booked and paid in full for a cruise holiday through Iglu and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had paid for direct flights, but just 4 hours after making the payment I was informed that the flights were not available. This meant that I would either lose a day off the itinerary or pay an additional near £300 to cover an extra night at the hotel. Regrettably, the company refused to cover the cost of the extra night as a gesture of goodwill, despite being an error on their part. I was left with no other option than to cancel the holiday. The refund process is also taking 5 working days, causing further inconvenience. I would not recommend Iglu to others, and will not be using their services again in the future. No star if available.

I was told by Thomas I should be getting £660 on board spend which I asked him to confirm in writing,which he did.After booking the cruise and paid in full Igloo said there was a mistake the was no onboard spend.They said I could have a full refund but it would take up to 45 days to refund. I would not have booked the cruise if I had of known,as there were better deals else where.BEWARE oF IGLOO CRUISES
