Ordered a computer monitor from Littlewoods. Got a message from yodel saying it would be on the Monday. Never arrived. Tuesday, “ at hub”. Wednesday, out for delivery yaaaay! Followed tracking in the app until I was next. Waited outside fir driver for a good 20 minutes, no delivery. Checked the yodel app on my phone, “ we need more information about your address “ contacted yodel, apparently driver could not find my address, which is in a city, easily located on any satnav, Google maps etc. So still no delivery. Contacted Littlewoods, who contacted yodel confirmed that it would be redelivered Thursday. Thursday came and went and no delivery, app shows item at depot. Contacted Littlewoods again and threatened to cancel order and was assured that yodel has promised to deliver on Friday or latest Saturday. You guessed it, Friday , no delivery, Saturday, I checked yodel app, item still at depot at lunchtime. Rang Littlewoods, and asked to cancel the item as by this time I was was sick of waiting and the excuses. I’ve never known a delivery company that is such an embarrassment! Avoid at all costs!

Paid for next day, 3 days later still nothing. Spent an hour on the chat reading copy and paste responses. They lied about attempted delivery (which didn’t happen) and said they had sat nav data to prove the driver came to my home, which was honestly just such a degrading lie after changing my schedule and waiting by my door for 2 days. 4 days later, I still can’t get through to a representative that doesn’t just copy and paste generic responses, and I still don’t have my parcel I paid next day delivery for. They said a manager would call me back, I never got that call, they said they’d try to deliver again and nothing happened… I couldn’t *not* recommend this service more

Driver didn’t even bother coming on my street before saying he couldn’t deliver my package to my very clearly marked address. Customer Service also apparently can’t contact their drivers because they don’t enforce their workers to have ways to communicate forcing me to take a third day to wait for my order to arrive. Yodel couldn’t give two tosses about any customer issues, and they don’t even enforce their own policies and procedures or even check their own systems to verify claims.

Lost item. Refused to update tracking to from delivered to undelivered. Would admit it in emails and texts but wouldn't change status in time frame. As I was the reciever I lost my item and my money. Usually tell you they will find item in 48 hours. 7 weeks later no item no money.

Unbelievable. I was expecting a delivery of Samsung galaxy pro earbuds worth £200 that you get once you order s22 ultra phone. I received an email to say my order was on its way and a photo of it would be taken in an open doorway as proof it had been delivered. Hour’s later I received another email to say it had been delivered but I received nothing. After complaining I was told an investigation was carried out and they are satisfied that the driver delivered by leaving the package outside my front door. Absolutely disgraceful.

Totally useless! I'd give negative stars if that were possible. Ordered suitcases. They said they would be delivered by 19th March. 19th March came and went, no suitcases. I look on tracking and it says they were delivered and signed for on 16th March. Strangely I was at work on this day and no one was home :D. No idea where they are. Customer service said to check with neighbours. Talk about having a dog and barking yourself!!! No card through my door, no idea of which "neighbour" they left it with. No text to say they were on their way and no email to say it had been delivered. Totaly and utter shambles! Stay clear of them!

It's a joke!!! I've put deliver to parcel shop and got email it's confirmed! But afternoon got message they attempted delivery to my address ( im at work so not in obviously)and left calling card ( never found one) The coventry delivery people have to do better!!!

I would give 0 (zero) star if I can. Terrible driver who couldn't deliver to the correct address. Rubbish customer service that couldn't help to give correct information and get my parcel delivered. Keep blaming me whilst its Yodel's fault. Totally unacceptable, terrible, worst delivery service I had ever experience.

Total RUBBISH company selling junk garden furnisher. B&M ripped us off of £80 on Sat 19th March in Lowestoft store. Brought a round garden table and chairs set. But the legs/stand top do NOT fit into the slots provided and the trim around the glass top. Total shabby con and rip off company stealing peoples money for dodgy rip off garden furnisher. £80 stolen by these baskets. AVOID cheap and nasty CON Shop. As you can see the table legs tops do NOT line up with each slot at the edge of the round table. We are talking about 4" (inches) between gaps, so you would have to FORCE or twist and maybe damage it.

Useless company. The drivers are clearly overloaded and once their shift is finished they just pretend they couldn’t find your door and clock off. Jitendra who works for “customer service” then tried to fob me off by saying he had now left the area when I asked him to call the driver to deliver the box of frozen food that had to be delivered the same day. They must think everyone is stupid. He then asked me to contact the sender for them to rectify yodels mistake. Pushing the blame onto someone else is not the way to do things and therefore I wouldn’t even give this service one star as there was no service and I feel embarrassed for the people working for customer service knowing they are told to lie

Delivery information from webchat inaccurate and the tracking doesn’t update Waited in for 2 days for an order that was meant be delivered on one day, no show, then promised for the next! It didn’t arrive and now it’s heaven knows where and urgently needed Tracking stopped within a mile away from my house and stayed on that for hours EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I paid for my parcel to be delivered next day, I was call no 17 but nothing came when I spoke to yodel I was told they need more information as the driver could not find my address so I gave them some precise directions to get to my house so they said it is going to be delivered on Monday now will will see. Today I don’t believe they came at all or even attempted to deliver my parcel. This is a repeat of other deliveries to my new house and even to my last house. This is one shocking company they take your money but do nothing else except waste there customers time. I hope this driver has some money with him as I want my 24 hour fee for delivery back

Absolutely worst service. Claim to deliver parcel and is not there. First incident driver couldn't be bothered to drop it off. Left it outside block of flats for ANYONE TO TAKE PARCEL. Second incident driver RUBY MEHAK SINGH did not drop parcel and lied that i had recieved it. Hate yodel worst courier service. Disgusting

Informed via Yodel tracking that item had been delivered but it hadn't. I had been home all day and no courier attended at my door. I've raised issue with Yodel but a day later and I'm still awaiting result of their investigation as apparently the depot have to interview the driver. I'm also due the second part of my delivery and Yodel tracking have indicated delivery today but I'm nervous that again they will fail to deliver. Yodel are by far the worst courier company I've had dealings with. They just don't seem to be able to provide an efficient and professional service. I can only think of one occasion where I've not had issues all the other occasions there has been some type of issue. I will start requesting that any sellers do not use Yodel to deliver any items due to their incompetence.

Parcel has been marked as delivered but I have not received anything. I had been home all day and no one even bothered knocking on the door? I went on the online chat for some help, and spoke to someone called Karan who made me wait whilst they looked into this for me only to come back and confirm my enquiry, that the parcel has been marked as delivered but I have not received it to which I confirmed this was correct and Karan proceeded by then disconnecting the chat?? Utterly useless

Absolutely terrible service. Told my package has been delivered. Check my cameras, asked neighbours and everything and the driver hasn't even been to my house or even near my street. So I call their number and that was a dead end because you can only check the status of your delivery (robot only as well!) and not talk to anyone! It has also been signed by me which is a lie. Absolutely terrible and I can see other people are having the same problems. Why is this courier service still being used???????

vomit inducing service Some things don't change, such as useless Yodel. I'm shocked that they (and Hermes) are still in business. I moved from West Yorkshire to Hertfordshire. New build flat with a clear address on the main street and yet, Yodel driver can't find it! DHL, ParcelForce, Royal Mail, UPS, and DPD had no issues. It is supposed to be delivered on the 12th. No emails, no phone calls. I checked the tracking number: "We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us." So I contacted CS via online chat (WOW!). The guy said, "your address has been updated, please wait for the delivery", updated from what? how? why? Zero explanation. Monday the 14th - nothing! So I book time off work and rebook the delivery for Wednesday the 16th. "Your parcel will be delivered between 14:56 and 16:56" - nothing! I checked the tracking yet again: "We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us." Jesus wept! I contacted CS again. "The driver couldn't find the address". Are you kidding me?! Well done Yodel. You are the worst.
