All the providers they have in Fulham never accept the parcel for many reasons: they do not accept parcels over the weekend or they run out if labels!

Absolutely awful service the driver didn’t even bother to attempt delivery I spoke to that webchat where they kept telling me it would get delivered as I changed it to picking it up from a collection point. And now this morning they tell me the parcel is lost. Worst service and most horrific experience. Yodel is awful.

Awful service- I have had 2 Yodel deliveries this past month and for both parcels, the delivery driver didn't even bother attempting delivery despite me being in the house all day especially waiting for the parcel.

Can you tell your courier delivering parcels in Portsmouth at PO1 4DA to knock on the door first and hand over the parcel after opening the door? This is not the first time a package has been left at the door and there has been not a knock on the door. YOU DON'T DO THAT! DO NOT LEAVE A PACKAGE AT THE DOOR UNattended AND IT IS MARKED THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED! THE PHOTO CONFIRMING ITS RECEIPT IS A PHOTO TAKEN WITH AN OPEN DOOR OF THE APARTMENT

Absolutely awful. Kept saying they needed more information about my address. One parcel last week was sent back to the vendor. They said they tried to deliver it at 6.45 am. Garbage! Today I was waiting for a delivery after getting in touch yesterday and they said it would be delivered today. Nothing arrived! Had to get in touch again today. Asked again for address info. They said it would be delivered tomorrow. they have had the parcel at the delivery office since Thursday! Have told them to send it back to the vendor. Useless liars.

Missing parcel. This is another parcel that has not made it to me. Very disappointing. It’s clear from the photo evidence it is nowhere near my house. I’ve checked with the neighbours in case. Probably stolen. The last time it didn’t make it to me, the parcel was left outside my apartment block in the street. Don’t use, use another delivery service. Understandably the most they can do is lodge a complaint against the driver, but they really need to start looking into drivers if this keeps occurring

If there was a zero score, it would be too high. Yodel have to be the absolute worst courier service in Northern Ireland. I have yet had a delivery or collection from them go as it should. I have had parcels arrive up to 4 days late with zero communication, parcels smashed, parcels left at the wrong house, other people's parcels delivered to me instead of my own, bit the worst has to be where they were to collect a return to Dunelm, but took one of my deliveries, addressed to myself(all in the large post box) and returned it to sender instead of collecting the parcel with their details on it. Customer service is worse than nonexistent. Telephone line is automated and when you hold for an advisor, they cut you off. "Live"chat is just AI as well, getting you no where. Absolute rubbish company.

Once again no point to inform you about where to leave the parcel if I’m not at home. Every month I get a delivery from tails, every month you leave it in the wrong place. Worst delivery company ever, useless. My parcel gets wet every time, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! 🤬

ordered something off eBay was supposed to be delivered. The website said it delivered on the fourth which are waited in all day and no show. When I complained that I had two people turn up in a fold focus it were threatening behaviour wanted to hand me a open parcel enter remove my comments which are refused. That’s what you get lying companies

Been trying for 2 weeks to get yodel to own up and rectify their bad delivery service. They cant tell the difference between the front and side of a property. They are an insult to the word useless as it is superior. Joke, clown company run by incompetents

Drivers can’t be bothered to deliver to apartments, placed a what.3.words exactly on the entrance to my apartment as i knew that they wouldn’t attempt a delivery if i didn’t as they would have to carry the parcel up but after the driver being in the area for 2 minutes i got a notified that the driver “couldn’t find my address”. Poor service.

Left food parcel exposed to the elements. Didnt leave in safe secure dry location. After 9 days of discussion with yodels customer care team I still await a full refund or reimbursement of the products left exposed. Yodel say they have carried out their contractural requirements but clearly they have not.

There tracking say out for delivery arriving today and it should have arrived yesterday and when you inquire they say it’s arriving tomorrow You wait in all day This is the second time it’s happened In my opinion this is a very unprofessional organisation with little regards to customer relations

if i could give zero i would in fact if i could give minus 5 that would be better yesterday 6 stops from me driver quits and i missed my delivery like it was my fault then they tried again today and he quit 8 stops from me im told i will get it tomorrow but i aint holding my breath well i got a call today 29th lady from yodel assured me a manager from middleton yodel would personally be delivering my parcel and guess what she lied no one came with my parcel

Why do suppliers use this excuse of a company, the parcel l ordered was posted to the wrong address, they showed a picture of a wooden door with silver letter box, my front door is glass and the metal postbox is at the rear of the premises, Yodel have agreed that they posted parcel through wrong letter box, the supplier has seen the pictures but still says because Yodel app says parcel has been delivered l have received the parcel they have taken Yodels word and that l have received the parcel, got in touch with Yodel asking for email confirming that they posted through wrong address, was told it could take 7-14 days because of a backlog of emails needing processed.

Do Yodel delivery drivers ever actually attempt delivery!? First day apparently delivered but turns out it was reported as delivered by mistake. Second day attempted delivery although somehow never made it to my house Third day…. Nothing! Chat bot no help whatsoever and as Yodel mistakenly reported my order as delivered on the first day, the sender thinks it’s job done and can’t help either. Great!!

How do they have 4 stars on Trust Pilot? They are abysmal. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a parcel. It’s impossible to speak to a human and the tracking information is completely made up. Looks like my nephew won’t be getting his Christmas present now.
