My parcel was set to delivered, nothing at my property, photo is of the driver holding the parcel against a random wall. We’ve looked all around and found nothing similar. When trying to escalate via chat you get no where and they cut you off rather than finish the conversation. Trouble is the supplier won’t refund either as Yodel has set as proof of delivery. Terrible service, and i’m still out of pocket!! If I could rate zero stars I would.

Not reliable delivery service! Waited for 21 days then everything was just cancelled. NEVER TRUST YODEL! No call, didn't get intouch to us, nothing! Possibly they've kept it. Frustrating!

Delivery received to a Yodel pick up point. Upon receiving the package it looked similar to the package delivered by Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. Firstly the package was squashed, and secondly the contents were so badly broken, it just had to be poured into the bin. Two things: either the individuals handling parcels at Yodel need to be better trained to take care when loading these into bags and vans, or those handling parcels that arrive to pick up points need trained not to put smaller parcels under heavy parcels.

I ordered goods in July and the supplier had the wisdom to entrust yodel with the delivery. I’m an old age pensioner 81 years of age and not very computer. Savvy trying to get through to a human being in their organisation has proved impossible. I did try the live chat and eventually ended up speaking to an incomprehensible person Whose first language is not English, but did eventually tell me that yodel that had the goods for over a week but could not find the delivery address. Despite the fact it is a sheltered housing a block with 40 flats established well over 50 years and supplied by other carriers, seamlessly Every day. Not with the shower, they appear to have a take it or leave it attitude. I’ve not written to my supplier and I’m treating this as a loss consignment . I believe it’s only a rumour, but they ask the CEO of Yodel what he wanted for Christmas he replied a cowboy outfit and his wishes were fullfilled !

Yodel failed to deliver my parcel, and talking to the chat line and five different people you get nothing but lies just to fob your off. This company should be stopped from trading. Shocking business deal with. Roger Havis

DRIVER STATES PARCEL WAS LEFT IN MY GARDEN; PICTURE SHOWS A RUBBISH TIP ???? ANOTHER £20= DOWN THE DRAIN.

I am extremely disappointed with Yodel’s service. My order was marked as “delivered”, but the driver didn’t even bother to check if anyone was at home. Instead, she left the parcel completely unattended, right outside my front door, and left. When I returned, the parcel was missing. I never authorised Yodel to leave my delivery outside in plain sight. This is highly irresponsible and unsafe. I have contacted Yodel multiple times since July, but all I get are generic replies that the case is under “internal investigation”. They refuse to issue a simple written confirmation that the parcel is lost — something I need to resolve the issue with the retailer. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am left out of pocket, with no parcel and no resolution. I have now escalated the matter to Citizens Advice and will not trust Yodel with future deliveries.

I have waited in for the last 2 days for my parcel. Driver shown on tracking app as arriving. When he gets near our address - the website mysteriously tells us that the driver cannot deliver our parcel. Also, customer services have closed for the day and we will now have to wait for a 3rd day. Not good enough

Lost my parcel despite having it tracked into their depot for nine days. Abysmal. Adding the chat with Yodel.

I was given a delivery time between 14.33Hrs. and 16.33Hrs. The parcel did not arrive but later in the evening when I was locking up for the night I discovered a parcel on the doorstep at the back of the house. No attempt was made to contact me. When I checked the tracking on my computer I found the parcel was delivered at approx.19.30Hrs. This is not good enough and I will do my best not to order goods on line from companies using this so called delivery service.

Yodel consistently deliver my parcels to wrong address despite a very clearly addressed label. I live on the Close not Road a decent walk. I constantly have to run around trying to match the photo of a door. Now the delivery notice saying delivered to safe place, shows a parcel on the wall of my house, never to be seen again. I will NEVER knowingly buy anything if I know Yodel are the carrier's. The drivers have no regard whatsoever for their customers. Evri used to be just as bad but they seemed to have turned things around and are now one of the good ones. Come on Yodel get your act together.

My experience with Yodel has been frustrating and disappointing. The most glaring issue is their inconsistent and unreliable collection and delivery times. On multiple occasions, they’ve either failed to turn up entirely or missed agreed time slots without any clear communication. Their customer service is poor, often providing generic responses that don’t resolve the issue. Even when I’ve spoken to someone via live chat or on the phone, the outcome rarely changes — parcels go missing, get delayed, or are delivered to the wrong address. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. If a mistake happens, they’re quick to pass the blame elsewhere instead of resolving it. I had a parcel picked up incorrectly, and despite me locating it and explaining everything, I was still left chasing them around for days with no action. If you’re looking for a reliable courier that respects your time and takes responsibility when things go wrong, Yodel is not it. Avoid if possibl

I have to say that this was the worst delivery service I have ever seen! The chat and customer service agents are there for nothing! They cannot do anything when you need them. The fact that the map doesnt update and it has been showing 1 stop until we get our pacel for the last 3 hours does not help at all. I could see the driver just behind our house on the map delivering to some other people and instead of coming to us, he went to a different town to do some more deliveries. This service is an absolute joke and do not take people's time into consideration when they ask you to be in to receive it or else you dont get it. I have had the worst experience with this company and would not recommend it at all. It's a shame we can't pick who delivers our parcels or else we would be far away from YODEL!

NO notification of delivery to InPost locker - Yodel had an ebay package for me, delivered it to an InPost locker, and didn't send me any type of notification at all. The first I knew was that InPost were sending it back to the sender as I had not collected it within 48hrs. Yodel's LiveChat was evasive and combative, refusing to accept any responsibility and had a 'that's just how it is' attitude.

I was given a delivery slot for Friday 25th July and nothing arrived, in the slot. Said no one at home absolute lie my husband is retired and door bell working!!, they advised me that they would deliver Saturday gave me a slot but nothing delivered again my husband was in as before, again they said no one at home. Today I rang Vans customer service as have heard nothing from Yodel. The customer service person assured me they will be delivered today between 4-6pm let’s wait and see!!! Won’t hold my breath. Never use this company absolute rubbish

My parcel was out for delivery and I was given a time frame, I was in all day and my parcel was not delivered. I got an email saying its been delivered when it clearly hadn't. I complained to the seller and they said Yodel have a picture of parcel in doorway but its not my doorway or the doorway of the block of flats i live in. Total BS that they can deliver stuff to wrong addresses and crack on they've delivered it. I'm now waiting for the seller to get back to me now about a replacement....

I was given a date and time of delivery and waited in all day. The package was not delivered. When I enquired as to why not, I was told that I had refused to accept the package on the doorstep and that it had been sent back to the sender. Blatantly untrue!! Yodel are telling me that the sender is responsible for the non delivery and that I should take the matter up with them!! They allege that they are still making enquiries with the local depot but I am not holding my breath.

Never experienced such a bad delivery. Of last 3 deliveries everyone has not been delivered on the day it said it was due and have had to contact yodel via online chat to track down my parcel which always seems to default on tracking to Selby van then fails to update any further. Seem to only succeed when collect from a store rather than home delivery but even they seem to be delayed.
