Have had two recent deliveries both have taken for ever it took over 2 weeks for a parcel from Gateshead to Middlesbrough tracking was useless and the package was damaged fortunately it was steel car part I am still waiting for the other parcel been a week already And according to tracking hasn't moved since Sunday. Most other carriers deliver on time UPS delivered a package from Korea in under 48 hours. I will stop dealing with sellers who use Yodel its just not worth the stress.

Disgraceful company, shocking service. Messed up on Tuesday by failing to deliver the product. Said they'd be here today between 11.06am - 1.06pm and never turned up. Called Yodel at 3pm and was told the driver is on the way and would be here by 9pm. It's now 9.40pm and still no turned up. 2 days off annual leave used and they still can't even do the job they are employed to do. Will NEVER use these cowboys again. STAY CLEAR!

Terrible Service – No Delivery, No Evidence, No Help Absolutely awful experience with Yodel. I ordered a birthday gift which was marked as "delivered" and supposedly left by a back gate — despite me never authorising a safe place. The recipient was home all day, yet no delivery attempt was made, no card left, and no contact via text or phone (despite details being provided). When I contacted Yodel via live chat, I received no real help at all — just scripted responses and no actual investigation. Worse still, Yodel provided no photographic evidence or GPS proof that the parcel was delivered where they claim. The package is now missing, the birthday surprise is ruined, and I’m left chasing the retailer for compensation. Yodel shows a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise avoiding them if you care about your deliveries arriving safely or getting any proper support when things go wrong.

Yodel is a complete disaster. I was given a tracking update promising delivery on Monday afternoon. Nothing arrived. I contacted customer service, after jumping through hoops, and was told to "wait until 9pm." Surprise: no delivery. Next day, same excuse, same empty promises. No updates, no accountability, no real support. How is this company still in business? Total joke.

My client picked Door-to-Door delivery. The driver didn't show up, no sign of him or from the company for an entire week. More than it, I did everything to get in touch with them - the live chat didn't load, the phone line is a robot who could'd help and just redirected me to the website, the website does not help and didn't allow to reschedule, even if it was their fault for not showing up. I lost the client and the order. Would recommend to avoid this company if you want your business to run smoothly.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong house and they say the issue has been resolved but I still haven’t got my parcel, shocking customer service. Don’t use yodel. I don’t understand why Vinted still offers yodel when there’s multiple negative reviews everywhere.

My item (a ceramic storage jar) arrived broken despite wrapping carefully and labelling ‘fragile’ …. Vinted won’t help so I tried the courier. It’s REALLY difficult to get hold of any details for customer service. Then you get a person who is very unhelpful and nothing from the ‘complaints’ department. I’m out of pocket ! I WONT BE USING yodel again. Stick to Evri or Royal Mail !

I had thought Yodel was the best of the delivery companies — I have on recent experience now decided they are potentially THE WORST. I won’t deal with them again and I urge anyone else NOT to consider them if you want a reliable delivery !

What a bad experience with Yodel. I ordered a parcel from Amazon with my address as usual and the idiotic driver took it to the wrong address. Until now I haven’t received my parcel.

Was told they'd tried delivering my parcel, I can categorically say that no they didn't! I've been in all day. Tried updating their system with instructions which may be relevant, however, the system won't update. Webchat is useless, they don't understand my post code, worst courier company, never have a problem with evri or Amazon.

Absolutely uselss, delivered to wrong address, photo not even my house, Yodel customer service beyond useless, their investigation team said it was delivered correctly, but not to my address. The person who received my order brought it to my house a few days later, they said their house has a number on the door that isn't the same as mine, the next day I receive an email from Yodel saying that my parcel had indeed been delivered correctly. What an absolute joke.

Delivery promised between 1.20 and 3 .20. Nothing arrived and for 4 hours the message has shown “3 deliveries before us.” No update and the tracking is therefore a complete waste of time. Appalling company!

As always everything goes wrong - paid for 24hr delivery and parcel goes into the Yodel system and just seems to disappear. Now on day 3 and no idea when I will receive. The online chat help thing is just a joke - literally worse than useless. They can't actually take any action to resolve any issue.

Item was on 2day delivery item arrived delivery depot 7.15 am Fri delivery Monday even evri would have had this delivered in 2days
