“Never seen a terrible company delivery like this, they sent me an email on tusday saying that my parcel will be delivered between 1 and 3 I’ve been at home waiting no one came, the next day I received an email saying sorry you weren’t there which is not true cuz I’ve been home still waiting, the third day the told me they will re try to deliver your parcel however no one even came or rang the bell, Shein told me they will send back the parcel to the sender cuz it was unsuccessful to be delivered. How in the world they can’t do their job properly, the driver didn’t even try to deliver the parcel! Ridiculous”
“Yodel make Ervi look like a superior delivery company. i am still waiting for my parcel to be collected. Asked them if is ok maybe to drop it at a drop off point. Theyve said yes. Took it to the shop, the barcode will not work. So i am still waiting for the parcel to be picked up. I keep getting promises on the chat that someone will come and pick it up. Maybe it 2025 or maybe 2026. Who knows!”

“The courier came speeding around the corner where children sometimes play. He scraped the passenger side door of my stepfathers car and it was done with so much force that it moved the car forward, we heard the noise in the back garden. There were witnesses that said he was reckless as he reversed he damaged the wing mirror. It could have been a lot worse as my car was parked behind and a few more feet it would have rammed the bungalow. There are tyre marks on the road where he hit the brakes. Very careless.”
“Lengthy wait for the delivery of a small parcel and no advice as to when it will actually arrive. The option to allow delivery "to a safe place" is blanked off but I can opt to have it taken to my nearest neighbour (500 yards away, but who we don't have any communication with). Every other company gives the option to leave the parcel in our greenhouse if we're not at home, so why not Yodel? Not an efficient company so can't recommend, especially as there are other reliable alternatives. I have contacted the seller to suggest that they change their deliverer.”
“Absolutely terrible service. I was sent a message saying my parcel had been delivered but it hadn't. I had been in all day and no one came to the door. I contacted yodel by the online chat. They sent me a pic saying it had been delivered and put in my porch. I don't have a bloody porch!
I got cut off by the first customer service person, then a second one told me to contact the seller, as it was probably their fault.
After nearly 2 hours of backwards and forwards I was about to pull my hair out when a lovely person from the village delivered my parcel. The name and address were all correct. DO NOT USE YODEL!!!”
