“Very poor company. I paid close to £15 for a small parcel Next day. For some reason they are unable to deliver the parcel to my home. The customer service is horrible and they keep telling me the same thing. I have to wait 24 hours for them to investigate and then the next time they try to deliver the parcel the same thing happens over and over again. I have to collect it tomorrow from their collection point 8 days after the first delivery attempt. The yodel werhause collection point is 10 miles from where I live. Never again”
“Ordered a parcel From Vinted , seller decided to use Yodel as the courier unfortunately. Seller posted the item from London, I live just on the border of London, my parcel has taken almost a week to arrive , still no sight of it, despite the estimated yodel delivery date being 2-3 days (it’s been 7). tracking shows me it’s been sent to Bristol , then back to London , then up to the Midlands. Again I live 20 miles from the seller, yet somehow Yodel have managed to take my parcel on a tour of the UK ! Shocking company who seriously need to up their standards. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve heard and seen first hand this abysmal company attempt to deliver on time, unfortunately Vinted didn’t let me opt out of the seller using Yodel to send the parcel. Long story short , DONT USE THIS AWFUL SERVICE :)”
“Item didn't arrive they claimed it did. They even sent a photo of my postbox but no photo of said parcel. Customer support kept saying that the parcel arrived then gave me coordinates to search which ended up just being my own house. Customer support then told me to contact sender, totally useless.”
“My item did not arrive even though Yodel claimed it had. I contacted them and they said it had and sent a picture of a package outside a white front door. Great but as the photo here shows mine is brown. The response was we have delivered it so contact the supplier. To add indult to injury the Yodel staff members name was Lucky which I was not.”
“Second time in two weeks a parcel of plants has gone missing. Is someone stealing them for their own use (getting free plants). Yodel cannot seem to locate the parcel even though it was supposed to have been on the van for delivery. Twice I've been told to wait 24-48 hours for Yodel to investigate. Investigate what? They know the parcel was on the van and out for delivery but poof it's now vanished. Not good enough. Customer service useless same message over and over. I simply want the goods I've paid for and to use the delivery that I've paid for. In future in a company informs me they use Yodel I will look to another company using a different carrier to buy my goods from. Yodel, you are a delivery company why can't you get a simple delivery right?”
“Delivered parcel to wrong address and gave a pointless picture of a wall (I believe it to be a wall) as proof. On questioning via live chat they explained it had been delivered over 2 miles away according to their live tracker data. It would be looked into and they will get back to me. They did within 24 hours staying the depot has said it was delivered - case closed - it’s clearly not closed is it when everyone knows it’s been delivered incorrectly. Never heard anything from them again”

“Appalling service. Driver did not turn up for 4 days to pick up a parcel. After being fobbed off by customer service I made an official complaint which has resulted in still being fobbed off bu various members. Being told driver will come to collect the parcel but they don't know when. Disgusting service from yodel not to mention the time and cost lost while sorting this out. Will never use again”
“If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. My experience with Yodel has been nothing short of appalling.
I booked a parcel collection over a week ago and was given a specific date. No one ever came. I contacted customer service multiple times , speaking to three different people and was repeatedly assured that a driver would arrive and that I would receive updates. None of that happened.
The tracking information was useless and never updated. I had to chase every single response myself; not once did Yodel contact me proactively. The lack of communication and transparency is beyond frustrating — it’s downright disrespectful.
In the end, my buyer had to be refunded and repurchase the item, causing me to lose a sale and waste over a week of my time. To make matters worse, I now have a new tracking number for the repurchase, which I’ve had to escalate again myself — because apparently, taking responsibility is not something Yodel is capable of.
I firmly believe a driver was never sent, despite being told otherwise. I’ve been misled, ignored, and sent in circles by a customer service team that seems more interested in deflecting than helping.
If I’d had any choice in courier, I would never have chosen Yodel — and I will go out of my way to avoid them in the future. This has been the worst delivery experience of my life.”
