Total and utter joke of a company didn’t deliver my parcel as apparently the driver didn’t know where it was, next thing. I know they claimed that the store was closed don’t believe a word they say, if you want to actually receive your parcel do not use this company

Second review in two days. Was promised my non delivered parcel would arrive yesterday -did not. Got e mail today giving me a two hour time slot and at end of time slot got message on App to effect problem locating my address ! Same as two days ago.Drivers Sat Nav for different area !!!!! Just a load of lies and lame excuses. Have put the problem back to Uniqlo who use this mob to not deliver. Absolutely abysmal experience and shall avoid anyone using Yodel for deliveries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Yodel apparently delivered my parcel on Monday to the wrong address, but are now refusing to do anything to rectify the situation. As far as I can see, they have just stolen my parcel.

Yodel is the worse delivery company I ever use . They resend you parcel before they deliver. So frustrating service

Absolutely appalling service. My parcel was randomly dropped off at a locker without any information provided—not even a QR code to collect it. When I reached out to customer service, their brilliant solution was to "just go outside and look for a locker." Seriously? I’m pregnant, and the nearest lockers are in three different directions, each about 20 minutes away. A treasure hunt is the last thing I need right now. To make matters worse, when I explained my situation, they simply shrugged it off and told me to contact the retailer instead. It’s shocking that they’re pushing their incompetence onto others.

They always attempt to deliver. I actually ask now wich deliver service my provider is using ,if it's yodel . I move on ,they're shocking

Absolute joke of a delivery service. I was out when they attempted delivery. The driver lied and said it had been refused at the door. Can't u derstand how these clowns are still in business

Very slow method of sending goods. 5 working days after my item was actually "picked up" by Yodel driver from local Yodel store, it has still not arrived. An item ordered and dispatched via InPost arrived in 3 days of drop off!!!

Absolutely useless company. Two days running they say that they have attempted to deliver, however we were in on bothe days. We even tracked them to within one stop, then a message popped up that they have tried to deliver. Don't know why companies use this incompetent company, we never seem to have a problem with Everi, or Amazon.

Always a problem and/ or a delay. Forgotten, stolen, lost, left anywhere, returned to sorting hub for a later date, not understanding English, don't know what happened, Totally incompetent at every level.

Big piece of sh.t.💩💩💩🤮🤮 Diver never contacted with me. Describe as left package on safe place but he don't. Keep away from this company wankers.

One star is being generous and only deserve 0. Was told parcel was being delivered yesterday and at 9 pm was informed driver had attempted to deliver . Pure lies as ring doorbell and CCTV have no such evidence. Then told on chat my property was inaccessible!! Complete balderdash and then told driver had no sat nav. Hoe on earth this company is trading is beyond me and why big name companies are using ? Avoid at all costs.

Been waiting almost a week for a delivery. Everyday they’ve given a 2 hour time slot which I’ve waited in for and they’ve not once attempted to deliver. There was still 28 stops before my delivery today after the allocated time slot and they haven’t shown up. Now it’s saying ‘we have it’. With no delivery info again. Worst delivery company.

The delivery driver drove directly onto our front garden damaging the grass and almost colliding with the front of our house. This is even more concerning when you realise we live in a row of houses that is off the road and the driver drove up a pedestrian pathway to get there??!!

The worst "delivery" service in the UK. Criminal, Scam organisation. After getting a notification that my delivery would be arriving on the 7th, I made sure I was home and waiting during the two-hour delivery window (17:47 - 19:47). Nothing arrived. after checking the tracking info it turns out the driver failed to find my address at 2pm!!! It's now the 12th. Nothing has been delivered. As you can see from the screenshots, the same lies and useless tracking info as everyone else has been put through. However, Yodel was able to send me the tracking link for someone else. So, if your tracking number is JD0002232549579345, I'd get in touch with them pronto as I have full access to your delivery now. They managed to go from total incompetence to criminal incompetence. Zero stars.

Would absolutely not recommend Yodel to anyone! Mirrored experience of others, waiting days (having to arrange each time for someone to be there for collection) constant excuses delays and messages not able to respond to! Sent around in circles trying to resolve it - changed address for delivery, confirmed by them but still not delivered!! Then they sent a picture saying been delivered - not my parcel and not the address!

The driver just lost my parcel. want to make an complain to the customer care. they have no clue what so ever. So unprofessional... I do not know how they run the business.. Tracking number: 87RKJ5432946A034

Awful. Please avoid, and also avoid InPost who use Yodel as a carrier. I'm convinced Yodel is a scam company. 1 star is too complimentary. Parcels get lost immediately or perpetually delayed with no updates and no tracking (Yodel tracking is so bad it isn't even as precise/delayed as Parcel2Go or InPost tracking - for the same parcel!)

Absolutely shocking. Zero support, drivers refusing to deliver parcels as the road I live on is busy so they just skip delivering to my house. RIDICULOUS.
