Ordered of amazon had message off yodel to say tried to deliver 3rd Dec 24 but was unable to and now on hold what the hell is going on was home all day , no delivery made was not due till 5th Dec, no note pushed through door not had any problems with any other courier so what is your company playing at so angry ,I have enough going on without having to try and track a parcel , went on line to try and sort it to no avail I have tracking number but that is not helping at all , your drivers need to sort themselves out as it is giving your company a bad name , and looking at the reviews I am not the first to be going through this its disgusting I have seen your nice new vans around makes me wonder how u get any customers .

You only learn about a company when things go wrong I would not recommend Yodel, a cowboy company. Ordered item. Told delivery would be 30th Nov, no delivery - Yodel had cheek to say delivery attempted, despite me sitting in all day waiting and monitoring their app which showed the van skirting my road several times from the 'estimated' delivery time of 2pm before they posted their 'apology' for missing me!? asking me to reschedule. Re-scheduled for second delivery 2nd Dec, no delivery, then third delivery 3rd Dec, again no delivery. Complained to company who sent item and asked to cancel and refund so I can go elsewhere. Their reply? I would have to wait until item returned by Yodel? If they can't deliver to me how are they to return item? Yodel are a despicable company. My guess is Yodel have damaged or lost item, would explain why they didn't attempt delivery. Bear this in mind before ordering from any company using Yodel. Their site makes it impossible to contact Yodel direct, poor despicable company. Avoid at all costs, poorest courier by far!

Dear Yodel, Dealing with your company has been one of the single most frustrating tasks I have experience in at least the last decade. I am currently trying to find out exactly when the company might deign to deliver two of my orders that are currently trapped in the Yodel void. Originally, there were 3, but I gave up on one and asked the seller for a refund, which they kindly facilitated, even though it was not their fault, but YOURS. Both of the other items were promptly dispatched by the seller, one over a month ago, but are now trapped, languishing in a depot with nothing but an occasional update on the app, reminding me that the hopeless situation remains unchanged. Where are these items? When are they going to arrive? Why can't I speak to a human when I call? Why does no one respond on the online chat? This is the exact opposite and inverse of what customer services should look like. I can only assume the company is structured in this way is because it is groaning under the weight of complaints from people just like me, who want their things, who are out of pocket and who are being treated with total disdain. If you put as much effort into delivering people's items as you do into preventing consumers from being able to communicate with you, you'd be amongst the greatest companies on earth. As it stands, Yodel is a void of misery where parcels and customer services go to die. What is the matter Yodel? It's simply not good enough and you know it and you're not even willing to be held accountable. SORT IT OUT! With no regards whatsoever, KB

Avoid at all cost. I just moved houses and I bought a desk. The original due date was two days from buying it, so I change my shift in order to be at home and recieve the parcel. It didn't arrive, so I lost money for nothing. They told me that it will arrive on Monday, and while I was working on Sunday, somebody texts me saying that the parcel will arrive in like two hours. I change the delivery date for Monday and they tell me "I need to provide more information about my address". After waiting 30 minutes on the live chat, they told me that the driver couldn't find my address because it didn't match on their system. That's a lie because I immediately changed the delivery date, and the driver wasn't even close to my home. And then I realise they put my wrong address into their system. I don't know how can you be that incompetent. It was supposed to arrive a week ago, and still waiting for my parcel. I'm going on holidays tomorrow so I have to apply for a refund. What a nightmare of a company.

Absolute joke of a company. sent a large box out on 20th november and despite paying for a 2-3 day service, the tracking shows it still hasnt been delivered after 2 weeks. However when i login my account on parcel2go.com ,it shows it has been delivered, so i've no idea if it has or hasn't arrived. Yodel " live help" say contact parcel2go.com to find out whereas parcel2go are not the couriers handling the parcel. ridiculous

Absolutely terrible, waited in every day since Sunday as was told my delivery was coming and the delivery time etc kept changing it’s Wednesday and no parcel still said it’s going to be delivered to local shop as apparently they knocked at 10pm on Monday night but wasn’t in which is a lie, when they stop delivering at 9pm now im waiting on a email to give me a code to go and pick my parcel up, worse thing about it is its Christmas tree decorations for my children tree so there having to wait which is really upsetting them, Sort it out yodel and quickly 😡

Terrible. They've always been terrible. I've never had a package on time. I'm currently trying to locate an expensive delivery. I'm being told they tried to deliver but I've been in the whole time, not slip has been left, no neighbours asked to hold package. Lazy liars.

Are you joking, how do you lose a baby cot furniture. Absolute joke, update says you have it in your hub and then: "We're sorry but your parcel is missing. We've let your sender know. Please get in touch with them." I'm due with my baby any minute, wish the sender never used this incompetent delivery company 😭.

You sent the updates for my delivery, along with my son‘s username for his online shopping account, and his phone number to a totally random person who just happens to live near my mother. If she hadn’t recognised my address, I wouldn’t have known what was going on. I don’t even know how you got her phone number, because it wasn’t given to you at any point.

I ordered a pair of protective eyeglasses on Ebay and I got informed by the delivery person that the item was delivered at a safe place. We were home at the time of delivery. I went to check on right away and saw nothing. None of my neighbours saw the parcel. What I could guess is the item was delivered to the wrong address. It’s very difficult to reach Yodel customer service even to live chat. I have tried to phone but too long to wait. I feel they try to avoid the customers guessing there are a lot of complaints. Not good experience at all.

A parcel I ordered has been delivered to a locker completely the opposite side of the city to the locker I selected. They said this was to make delivery quicker- I don’t see how, as I now have to figure a way to get there to collect it. This was done without consultation or informing me beforehand. Completely misses the point of having a delivery service. I can’t find a way of contacting them either to reorganize a delivery to a place closer.

Worse service I’ve ever had to deal with, meant to have my parcel delivered Sunday, didn’t receive it was told it would be delivered this morning it’s nearly 10pm and surprise surprise no bloody parcel, what makes it worse is there not a actual person to speak to just a robot

You didn't deliver on the named day again. Absolutely hopeless. If I see Yodel as a courier, I know I will be disappointed. It's a shame Argos have started using the company.

Still waiting for an Argos order that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday 27.12.24 5 days ago. Yodel have "tried" to deliver it 3 times now, but it never arrives! Would be willing to help the driver with directions if needed (although only 4 properties this same postcode) but no driver contact number available and they don't ring me. Pathetic delivery company.

I ordered a coat for my wife from New Look on the 28/11/2024 I looked at the delivery option and chose the next day at £5.99. It was shipped by Yodel. I got a tracking notification on the 28/11/24 saying they had my parcel from New look and was on the vehicle for delivery. Sounded like it was going to get delivered the next day as promised . I waited all day for the parcel to arrive they state they deliver up to 9 pm . Nothing came . Another message on the 29/11/24 saying it was being prepared for delivery . Another it was on the vehicle and would be delivered today . Same thing no delivery . Tried the tracking on there website just stated we have your parcel . Tried to get in touch just a chat bot who said the order number was incorrect and it would contact customer service to call back in 18 minutes. Nothing happened . Parcel never arrived that day. Tracking just stated we have your parcel check back for further updates . Come the 30 another email saying your order is being prepared for delivery and is on the vehicle . Checked back later and saying out for delivery again . . Checked back again after an hour and it was shown 7 stops away. About an hour later a knock on the door a girl in a car was delivering parcels . No apologies for been late or other took a picture and was gone . It is obvious they held the parcel delivery back to allow the part time delivery drivers to deliver the parcel . It was never on any vehicle or out for delivery at at any time other when the part time delivery drivers come into play. Yodel is a shambles of a logistic company I can see why Barclays got rid of it as they were going out of business . I will never buy of any retailer who use this incompetence logistics company ever again. New look don't have a contact number. email or chat bot is the only way you can get in touch . Invisible people .

Utter joke of a company, my latest negative experience is just one in a long line of events which make you wonder "how does this company actually make any money?". Hideously late deliveries, been with courier for over a week now and still not delivered. Previous expeirences have been awful also, including the courier just dumping all of the deliveries for our estate of 10k+ people to the local post office, forcing my disabled partner to try and bring back 24kg of dog food while I was away. Other times I have received other peoples parcels and also had mine misdelivered. If you care about your customers or your shipment, show it by using anyone but Yodel

Completely rediculous customer services. They posted my parcel to the wrong house and took a picture, proof it's at the wrong house then proceeded to tell me the driver confirmed it's at the correct house and they can't do anything else to help me. I even asked for the transcripts so I could send it to the shop, but they deleted them. It's crazy they can breech rules like this

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! I ordered a product for which delivery was set for Saturday, as I couldn't be home during the week. I then received notification from Yodel that they were scheduled to deliver my parcel on Friday, November 29th. So, I had to go online and request that the delivery be set to Saturday, November 31st (which was the original approved delivery date). So I waited in, and nothing, NO communication at all. It's now Monday, 2nd December, at around 1 pm, and I have spent the whole day on their App (Live Chat) and been calling them. I can't speak to a human on the phone, and no one is responding to me on the (Live chat) I've taken screenshots. I need someone to contact me urgently.

Tracking 'delivery booked' on 27th Nov ,now 2nd Dec still awaiting Tried to "chat" waiting 30 minutes both times getting no reply at all I avoid retailers who use Yodel,but isn't always stated.
