“Existing customer wanting to exchange my previous car details with my new car details was nionn impossible.
Instead I had to cancel my existing car details in exchange for a £50 cancellation fee oh and to add my new car details I had to pay £70
Trying to add an additional driver was impossible in the portal
Chat well a waste of time”
“I was amazed at how much Yoga was able to save me over my previous insurers quote, so much so that I thought this was too good to be true. On researching them I found them to be legit and highly recommended.
Applying was a doddle everything was very simple and all on line.
Its early days yet but everything is looking very good so far.”
“Awful service. Cannot get hold of a human. Diffucult to make changes online & huge cosy when cancelling before policy starts. Cannot recommend at all. The reason the insurance looks reasonably priced is because there is minimal customer service & unable to make additions to policy. Customer service did try to help. They were great.”
“Unfortunately I have had to cancel . I was purchasing a different car and sitting in the dealership, I went onto to app to update new registration but it wouldn’t let me do this, there is no telephone number to contact, so I have had to insure with alternative insurer, maybe the system needs looking at as you may lose further customers”
“I don't own my car anymore so why have you taken money out of my bank, I have not agreed to this, so hard to cancel this insurance so I cancelled it at the bank and my bank account but you still managed to take it out of my bank this morning”
“When paying my car insurance it states that if you need a paper copy then contact us. No contact number, so I go on live chat (which was a waste of time) just kept saying I do not understand the question. So I contacted One Call (Brokers) still no help. Now I have sent an online email through the portal requesting a paper copy. If I receive this I will up my stars in my review. I cannot answer tge other questions asked as my issue has not been resolved.”
