“I don't like that there's no contact telephone number, when buying car insurance you need to be certain on every aspect and to talk through the policy details, it's definitely required. There isn't a phone line because It's all about the company saving money, the money you get from us the paying customers. Give the customers what we need we're paying your wages remember and keeping the company alive. Without us there wouldn't be a business. Also not happy with how low the personal injury amounts are, just standard and can't upgrade terrible. On a good note, Imogen on the online chat had good customer service, I had a few questions which she helped answer for me. The price was the best I found. Please get a customer service phone line.”

“I thought I had cancelled thr insurance on SC10KFZ in July when I sold the vehicle but having conformation of this I tried again.As a last effort I tried to cancel any payments for renewal at my bank but that could not find who I paid.You then renewed my policy and took my money without asking me.Both the first premium and the new one were paid on my credit card how did you manage this.I would rather like my £831.00 back as I don't need insurance for that vehicle.”
