“Sadly after 9 years or more, my car was hit on a roundabout at speed. 4 daya after hours of calls waiting in queues and being passes from one person or dept to another I am still waiting 3 days later to learn when I will receive a hire car and learn when the repairer and who will accept the work.
One call told me I was to receive a like for like car to my bmw whoever now it transpires I will only be able.to receive a corsa ( when I finally do get a date) and the nearest repairer over 45mins drive away!!
I thought the insurance would do all the work....I've had no car for 4 days and have had to make untold calls and emails.
The people are nice and helpful but I can only assume unable.to manage this amount of business.

“The original insurance was good cover and competitive and easy to set up. I did not like that you cant talk to anybody and that their "chat" is fully automated and does not let you have a discussion with an operator.
When we got our renewal I went into the portal and (I thought) I had cancelled it because we no longer own the car. I let it run for a few weeks so as not to incur an early settlement. Yoga have since renewed against my instructions and loaded every element that they offered onto the quote. I believe this is mall practise and by deliberately not giving you the option in the portal to be abele to decline the renewal goes against the financial services rules. If someone doesn't contact me it will be going to the FOS and Watchdog.”
“When I took out the policy I forgot to add on my son in law he has been on my policy for many years only 3 days later went to add him on and was told he didn’t fit the criteria he’s 35 no claim or accidents no points on his license and been driving for 17 years definitely won’t renew with you next year”
“I already have my car insurance with Yoga and I received an email from gocompare to say it was up for renewal I went ahead and renewed only to find my insurance does not run out until September. The next day I realised my mistake and cancelled it cost me nearly £50 even though the policy had not started and yoga should have seen the same car had 2 polices on it”
“Joined yoga on 26 May on 27 May I looked how to cancel and I was going to be charged £49.99. Now my Insurance doesn't commence until 24 June so I am well witin my 14 days. Not too happy with this I will have to see my contract out but you had better be good if I have to use you.”

You have all these windows saying your insured for this and insured for that and not insured for this. It was so confusing. I am not sure what I am insured for but in the email it says I am insured for accidents but in the windows that opened it said I need to pay for this and that extra. So in the end I really do not know what I am insured for.”
“For some reason only YOGA got 7 of the eight digits for my bank account. Instead of just asking I got a rather threatening email saying my policy was being cancelled, even though mt deposit had gone through ok. No simple request to check my details by either text, email or phone just the threat to cancel. Made to feel like I was deliberately avoiding payment without given chance to rectify. Feel badly judged and not happy as I am a new customer to YOGA and suddenly wondering if my business should have gone elsewhere.”
