When paying watch out for an error message telling you to try again later they may have already taken your money. It's a bit of a con to make your double pay and it will cost you to get your money back. And no way to talk to anyone. This is a one year deal never trust them again. Phil

Insurance not started yet , but money taken already, I didn't like that, other than that I can't yet comment as never have used before.

The web page is ridiculously confusing. I selected what I wanted and in the last stages of the process, I'm confronted with more pages of options that I've already made my choices on. As always, they push for more money from you even though you've already chosen what you want. It's like they want to catch you out and in the confusion, you spend more money. I'm sick of being bamboozled. Just let me select my choices and complete my purchase without making me revisit what I've already told you I want.

Get really happy with the insurance, but it was So difficult to contact someone to discuss my renewal fee which I wanted to discuss prior to renewal / no email contact options So this was not possible

Still too early to say if service is any good as I have not as yet received my paperwork in the post as requested. The price seems competitive though and fully inclusive with legal protection and a courtesy car.

Difficult to access. Didn't receive renewal notice. I eventually managed to login to cancel my forthcoming renewal but it seems that this has not been actioned as I have received a thank you email today for renewing. I'm now going to have to contact my bank to cancel my direct debit. It's impossible to speak with anyone and as I only have my phone to contact with I find it difficult to communicate by text. I have gone to a company that has humans at the end of the phone to speak with.

After initial euphoria at bagging such a great deal. Massively frustrated at inability to be able to speak to somebody/ anybody to resolve what should have been easy - a minor error on their part. Round and round the app, FAQs, web chat. Eventually got through to someone and resolved straight away. But has left a sour taste and given comments of others, thinking I might have been better cancelling and walking away. The Jury is out.

I am still waiting on my insurance documents . There is no phone number to speak to anyone so wouldn't recommend your company

Was directed from comparison site (in which the cover I needed was specified correctly) and purchased cover that I then discovered didn’t cover travel to the office so then had to add this on. Still relatively good value but haven’t claimed yet so can’t really say yet.

Was transferred to their website from a price comparison site that has on file my NCB as 17 years. The Yoga site incorrectly advised I had 9 years NCB. I was frustrated there was no edit option to correct this plus no email details to bring to their attention & correct. (On a weekend anyway) now have the hassle of trying to correct with them.

Had a recent bump which the 3rd party admitted liability to. I pay a protected NCD premium. Why am I being punished with a premium loading at renewal?

My new car was supposed to be ready for me on Friday 28th and I would then have activated the insurance quote as soon as it arrived. However, at about 6pm the dealership finally advised that it wouldn’t be possible to deliver the car until the next day. When I then tried to do the insurance yesterday it stated that my quote had ‘expired’ and that overnight the insurance had increased a fair amount. Considering I was unable to speak to anyone, (not even on live chat), I had to take the insurance out at the increased price. I think this is grossly unfair - what can really have changed overnight to make the insurance more expensive? Whilst your ‘new’ price was still fairly competitive, it leaves a bad taste that there was not even anyone to ask why this was - I needed to sort out insurance though and went ahead with you, but probably won’t next year.

The Money Supermarket information does not transfer correctly to yoga. If you have another car in the household they automatically take the No Claims Discount from this information held elsewhere online not what is input. I could not find anywhere to remove the NCD, as I was keeping the other car and therefore not transferable. You do not know this has been done until you have paid for the policy and received the documentation. Unfortunately had to cancel the policy costing me £49.99.

Couldn't contact you , needed to speak to a person . I'm not computer literate and needed to amend my policy but it took it and couldn't alter it . Then only thing I could do was cancel and try enter again and was charged for doing it within minutes of realizing.

Care ! Read Legal cover before buying, it is only assistance not legal expenses as provided by other companies. You can cancel within 14 days cooling off period - BUT at cost £49.99
