“there’s a charge that was added an admin fee of £15 on the money supermarket app. if i knew this ahead of time i would never have picked insurance with you. very disappointed. almost disgusted”
“I had a return direct debit via the bank because yoga tried to take it out on a different day then they decided to give me a late payment charge which I'll refuse to pay”
“Oh yes they are cheap and I now know why! I had no idea that you can't actually speak to anyone via a phone! The live chat is AI and did not help at all. Could not type my issue (even though is said type here) had to select from a drop down menu! On top of that...if I ever breakdown or accident you are asked to go online and send them an email for help (AI response no doubt!) I'm not happy!. One other thing: you are forced to automatically renew each year but told you can change that later! The live chat reply kept sending me to the wrong area to change this! VERY FRUSTRATING!”
“I am not happy at all you have raised my insurance premium. But went on compare the market and your quote was cheaper have tried to speak on live chat will try again today”
“False quote for comprehensive insurance at the start. Had to pay additional £100 to get the correct insurance cover. It is obvious that you would need cover if in an accident with an uninsured vehicle. And if your car was written off you would need cover.”
“Good price but not easy to set up as website kept failing particularly at the point of payment which was rather unsettling and inconvenient. Process took far too long almost gave up.”
“when I took the policy out I hadn't realised my previous insurer had automatically renewed my policy and had charged me, plus it was cheaper. On seeing this i had no option but to cancel with Yoga but was charged a large cancellation/admin fee. This, considering it was all done online, seems extortionate. There was less than 24 hours between taking out and subsequent cancellation. What happened to cooling off period? I will certainly not consider or recommend Yoga to anyone I know”
“Nobody to speak to and the website rejected my change of vehicle despite being an experienced older driver with plenty of no claims bonus. My previous car had been cheapest quote with Yoga”
“The charge of £150 for insurance was fair, but after agreeing to pay I was then informed the while the computer was doing it's thing, that a charge of £49 for setting up was imposed, I did not agree to this and couldn't cancel the policy.
Charge's should be explained at the beginning of preparing to choose an insurance company.”
“I am still waiting for my insurance documents and my no claims bonus has not been adjusted. When I asked about the lower NCB in the quote I was told it would be adjusted at the start of the policy.”
“I am of an age where I don't understand the procedure of online insurance. And insufficient Information of what to do.I don't have equipment to print off the details.I needed the paper version.
I hope I get a full refund of the full amount I paid. And would request for it ASAP.I am a 75 year old pensioner.PLEASE.
STEVE KILNER.”
“Well I've changed to a smaller car at half the price and ended up paying 3 times the price so will be looking to change provider of insurance very shortly. So its goodbye yoga.”
“Iv jst bought new car and had insurance with you with old car n had to pay £149 up front to start new policy as i couldn't get through to change insurance from old car to new 1”
“All went well until I attempted to delete the auto renewal. I noted that it can be done from the portal - but can't find it there, or using the live chat which - is a robot and doesn't give an option to delete it. I find this most frustrating and guess that lots of other customers will think the same. Having looked at these 2 options that were indicated it only leaves one other option - to do so in writing. BUT there is no email option as they are all emails are on a no reply basis - and no email address given ... so unbelievably the only other option given is to send a letter by snail mail!!!!
The simple solutions are to put an opt out button in the portal in a place not hidden away, and include the auto renewal as a heading in the chat robot.”
“£49.99 cancellation fee and the policy doesn’t start for 3 weeks I find a little bit steep ( slight hint of sarcasm)
Good price but couldn’t alter my no-claims bonus amount … hence the cancellation”
