I have had an issue tryng to get the start date changed on the app. It would not accept the next day as start of the policy. I have tired calling but there's noone answering calls and the robot doesnt understand the question. It's been a stressful few days as I've not been insured to drive my car due to this error.

Application crashed at payment stage, was not sure if payment had been taken. Now have 2 policies and have been charged twice. Was on live chat and have been informed that I will receive a refund, just waiting now.

Application crashed, 3 different prices emailed for the same quote. Link from comparison site initially crashed so could not get price quoted

I accepted the price I was quoted then when I was ready to make payment there was a £15 admin payment added. The full payment should have been shown on the initial website. It came across as very manipulative

I have written an email and am awaiting a reply. Your automated system managed to get my address wrong as it must use an out of date Postcode checker. I have tried to get my address corrected before my policy starts on 23/07/2023, However your automated system wants to charge me for correcting its mistake. I believe I CAN CANCEL MY POLICY WITH A FULL REFUND WITHIN 48HRS. Plaese sort the address issue for free or cancel my policy and refund all payments taken.

Firstly the app said twice oops sorry, then you took two full payments which you don’t know when I get one back. The robot reply Doesn’t seem too understand English. The first quote i got for some reason jumped by £40 when I came to pay. I am assuming my payment will be refunded and things can only get better?

Well considering it’s over £300 more than last year.. 1 word GREEDFLATION Basically profiteering which during the war was imprisonment. 47 years old paying more for car insurance than evermore !!!

The actual process was good from selection to implementing the policy. Unfortunately, the car I was buying suddenly wasn't available so I cancelled the policy, I don't know whether I'm due a refund or not, you've taken 2 months premium plus 97p cancellation. Perversely the car was made available again the following day, so I went through the whole process again and set up another policy again with the standard 2 months in advance. My point is, not being able to speak with someone and not being able to get clear answers from your 'frequent questions' zone, I don't know what the position is with the premium paid on my first policy as the only confirmation I have is that it's cancelled.

It would be nice to talk to someone when I phoned up just to change my car insurance all I got was some one saying do I want to claim

I was offered Yoga insurance through the Confused.com comparison website, but the connection to Yoga’s website failed and I had to re-enter all the details again. The Yoga website was incredibly slow and it took me about an hour to complete the process

My information was transferred from compare the market this included my address details, however after purchasing the policy I noticed that my address was not correct and I had to pay £20 as an amendment fee on top of the policy which I purchased. I feel very aggrieved that an error which was NOT my fault and which could have made my insurance void because of the address being incorrect resulted in me having to amend the policy and pay the £20 fee.

System failed after taking payment so didn’t know if I had a policy or not. I’m now in but there is no app, and followed instructions but can’t add to Home Screen. Poor when it’s a web based policy. Lots of buffered and errors already.

I tried several times to contact Yoga(One Call Insurance) to ask about my renewal figure and each time told number is for claims only , no customer service facility?? IAs did not get renewal quote until 1 day after expiry I have gone with another provider and cancelled my direct debit with Yoga!

Got quoted £100+ on last years premium to renew. Looked on go compare and found the lowest quote was from yoga at less than last year. Went on yoga site and got a quote at less than last year. Went for it and it was accepted. Conclusion- don't just accept the quote you are given. Ask for a new quote. And you don't need to input all details again. Bargain!

I accessed your website via confused.com and attempted to find out more about the cover on offer but was unable to do so unless I accepted your quote. Ok I tried to accept the quote as per confused.co. but was asked to input my driving licence number before I could. When I input my number your quote changed to initially a higher figure, no idea why as I had previously given it and I have zero points and no issues so why the change. Ok change was not overly large so attempted to accept and move on for the details I wanted. I "clicked" on the necessary icon at the bottom of your page but was taken back to the top and asked to input my licence number again! This I did and this time the premium was recalculated at a lower level, in fact lower than the confused.com quote. Excellent I'll accept and move on. Unfortunately when clicking the icon to take me to the next stage it did the same thing again and took me back to the license input section, frustrating to say the least. At this stage I decided to use the Live Chat facility. When I eventually was put in contact with a real person I explained what was happening but they seemed unable to grasp it. After several attempts to sort it out, the agent advised that the highest quote was the only one on offer and she would send me an email with a link to accept it. I advised her that I wouldn't do that as I was in receipt of more competitive quotes anyway with different companies. She said ok but I'll send you the email anyway. She did twice! I gave upon the live chat at this point as I was getting absolutely nowhere with the agent, she just didn't seem interested it actually sorting things out for me. I closed the live chat but thought before I leave the website I would try one more time to accept the quote onscreen which was the lower of the two. Surprise surprise this time it moved on but I was still unable to access the information I wanted. However, by this time I was so fed up with the whole thing I decided to accept and pay the premium. To a certain degree I regret that now as the level of breakdown cover included within the quote is far less that I wanted and would have purchased had I been able to! All in all not the best of experiences and I doubt that I would consider Yoga again in light of it.
