“I took out Yoga insurance for the first time to insure my car. I paid the deposit And it was taken from my bank account. The morning after I received a very curt email saying your insurance will be cancelled as we do not have the correct bank details!
How I wondered as they’d already taken it the day before! I went onto the online chat and explained- not once do I get a sorry for any confusion. Just Give me your bank details. I did then replied it’s all sorted now. Poor customer service experience.”
“I'm afraid I was 1hour plus online trying to get my car insurance changed over to my new vehicle never again when I have a problem I want to speak to a person not a machine or chat bot. They didn't accept the username or passwords twice that's not being in charge or progress its hindrance for something that should be simple!!!”
“Initially year insurance was fine but renewal premium was over 25% higher than other providers like for like. So i said I would not renew. They then sent m a reduced quote which I did not accept. After I had reinsured with another provider they then told me they had renewed my policy and taken payment”

“Firstly the app said twice oops sorry, then you took two full payments which you don’t know when I get one back. The robot reply Doesn’t seem too understand English. The first quote i got for some reason jumped by £40 when I came to pay. I am assuming my payment will be refunded and things can only get better?”

“The actual process was good from selection to implementing the policy. Unfortunately, the car I was buying suddenly wasn't available so I cancelled the policy, I don't know whether I'm due a refund or not, you've taken 2 months premium plus 97p cancellation. Perversely the car was made available again the following day, so I went through the whole process again and set up another policy again with the standard 2 months in advance. My point is, not being able to speak with someone and not being able to get clear answers from your 'frequent questions' zone, I don't know what the position is with the premium paid on my first policy as the only confirmation I have is that it's cancelled.”
“I was offered Yoga insurance through the Confused.com comparison website, but the connection to Yoga’s website failed and I had to re-enter all the details again. The Yoga website was incredibly slow and it took me about an hour to complete the process”
