After Yoga came up lowest for me on confused.com I took out a policy with them. Less than 12 hours later I discovered a much lower price i.e. by nearly £80. So for less than one days cover with Yoga plus their cancellation fee I had to pay £50. Apparently the cancellation fee is made clear to you. Perhaps it is and perhaps all insurers have a similar cancellation fee? But in any case do not take confused.com word for it and always check every single avenue well ahead of renewal otherwise you could caught out like me and have to pay cancellation fees. It also takes 5-7 days to get monies refunded. Funny how they take your money instantly?

-The Live Chat on one day gave the option to speak to an agent - which I did not proceed with on the day. When I went back on another day the bot simply sent me round and round in circles. There should be an easy (if I missed it) way to contact an agent. I haven't spoken to anyone yet! Even an email option would be good if not the bot. There is no phone line at all. -There was no option to get clarity on details of the policy and reassurance that the product you are buying is the right one. We ended up having to amend the policy (online - no contact possible) within a couple of days of purchasing and were charged for the privilege (even though it was within the 14 day cooling off period) and are still not 100% sure we have the right product. -The price is good for the insurance but whether the product is right or sufficient remains to be seen! (or hopefully not).

I bought through Top Cashbak but have received none of the benefits advertised. Another feature of the deal was a voucher for eg Halfords or recipe box. There was no way to select or reminder.

Took me 5 tries to set up my car insurance! Such a difficult process to get through! Was worried my payment had been accepted 5 times!!

Unable to be given a password, tried several times after putting in I have forgotten password but no reply after weeks of trying, also no phone number given to talk to YOGA directly, very dissatisfied

I cannot understand why my premium has virtually doubled and yet I have not had any insurance claims and I cannot recall agreeing to renew at such an increase in premium charges

I needed to contact you to clarify my new car insurance policy. You are a nightmare to speak to. Impossible in fact. It took me ages to work out that I needed a live chat as the first one is NOT a real person. It sounds like a robot too. If you had an email address I could have saved my self a lot of time and effort but you don't. My policy doesn't begin till 31st this month. I almost regret going with you now. I hope you deal with claims better than this? In35 years of driving I have NEVER had to claim for accidents so just PRAY it continues. Yours disappointed.

I have a policy with you, when I went to add a second car you charged &200 more than if I went via compare the market. No customer loyalty at all.

Changed my car but wasn’t able to amend my existing insurance policy with you. As a result I got charged £49 which I thought was grossly unfair, and the additional driver on that policy wasn’t transferred over. I remained a customer as I was short on time and didn’t want the fuss of messing around with other providers. Not a great experience!

I am rather disappointed because a month ago, when I enquired, the price of my car insurance was only £375. Now, just 20 days before the start of the insurance, it has gone up to £406. Why?

Yoga have taken an unscheduled payment of a different amount than usual the chat function cannot answer query no other way to contact, also cannot change direct debit date rubbish customer service

I was disappointed that it appears that I have been given a new insurance policy and not have added second vehicle to my existing policy and therefore not been given any discount. It may be a misunderstanding on my side but the cost was no different than what my renewal price that was offered

I declined my renewal having logged into my account Yoga have not cancelled the direct debit and have renewed the policy against my explicit instructions and there is no one available for me to speak to. I will be raising a dispute with my bank against Yoga.

I tried to query my deposit payment on your chat and didn’t get anywhere, kept going round in circles. I don’t like the fact that I agreed to a policy without realising I couldn’t speak to a person of I had an issue. Still not resolved so I’m wondering whether to cancel the policy and go elsewhere.

I really needed to talk to a actual person today because of a simple misunderstanding I had to restart my insurance to a bigger price hike
