“After Yoga came up lowest for me on confused.com I took out a policy with them. Less than 12 hours later I discovered a much lower price i.e. by nearly £80.
So for less than one days cover with Yoga plus their cancellation fee I had to pay £50.
Apparently the cancellation fee is made clear to you. Perhaps it is and perhaps all insurers have a similar cancellation fee? But in any case do not take confused.com word for it and always check every single avenue well ahead of renewal otherwise you could caught out like me and have to pay cancellation fees.
It also takes 5-7 days to get monies refunded. Funny how they take your money instantly?”
“-The Live Chat on one day gave the option to speak to an agent - which I did not proceed with on the day. When I went back on another day the bot simply sent me round and round in circles. There should be an easy (if I missed it) way to contact an agent. I haven't spoken to anyone yet! Even an email option would be good if not the bot. There is no phone line at all.
-There was no option to get clarity on details of the policy and reassurance that the product you are buying is the right one. We ended up having to amend the policy (online - no contact possible) within a couple of days of purchasing and were charged for the privilege (even though it was within the 14 day cooling off period) and are still not 100% sure we have the right product.
-The price is good for the insurance but whether the product is right or sufficient remains to be seen! (or hopefully not).”

“I needed to contact you to clarify my new car insurance policy. You are a nightmare to speak to. Impossible in fact. It took me ages to work out that I needed a live chat as the first one is NOT a real person. It sounds like a robot too. If you had an email address I could have saved my self a lot of time and effort but you don't. My policy doesn't begin till 31st this month. I almost regret going with you now. I hope you deal with claims better than this? In35 years of driving I have NEVER had to claim for accidents so just PRAY it continues. Yours disappointed.”
