I was trying to sort my car insurance out while at work . Everytime I went back to the site the price increased . Although I have taken a policy out with you it would be nice to actually be able to speak to an agent to clarify finer details. Not everyone fits into your tick boxes !

Not a great experience if I didn't already have insurance on another car I would have gone elsewhere. Having gone through the whole quote process three times and having had the payment approved by my bank, the site dropped out and wouldn't take payment. Very frustrating and time consuming secondly went onto my portal this morning and the insurance details and more specifically the insurance certificate isn't there. I used the useless bot thing no help at all. I am now waiting for the chat line to open, opening times are far too short. There is no helpline! I won't be renewing next year as customer service is non existent.

I took out Yoga insurance for the first time to insure my car. I paid the deposit And it was taken from my bank account. The morning after I received a very curt email saying your insurance will be cancelled as we do not have the correct bank details! How I wondered as they’d already taken it the day before! I went onto the online chat and explained- not once do I get a sorry for any confusion. Just Give me your bank details. I did then replied it’s all sorted now. Poor customer service experience.

I'm afraid I was 1hour plus online trying to get my car insurance changed over to my new vehicle never again when I have a problem I want to speak to a person not a machine or chat bot. They didn't accept the username or passwords twice that's not being in charge or progress its hindrance for something that should be simple!!!

Initially year insurance was fine but renewal premium was over 25% higher than other providers like for like. So i said I would not renew. They then sent m a reduced quote which I did not accept. After I had reinsured with another provider they then told me they had renewed my policy and taken payment

Insurance was OK - But I selected (in logged in dashboard) to not renew, but they renewed anyway. Unable to make a complaint or get it cancelled/refunded.

I have had an issue tryng to get the start date changed on the app. It would not accept the next day as start of the policy. I have tired calling but there's noone answering calls and the robot doesnt understand the question. It's been a stressful few days as I've not been insured to drive my car due to this error.

Application crashed at payment stage, was not sure if payment had been taken. Now have 2 policies and have been charged twice. Was on live chat and have been informed that I will receive a refund, just waiting now.

Application crashed, 3 different prices emailed for the same quote. Link from comparison site initially crashed so could not get price quoted

I accepted the price I was quoted then when I was ready to make payment there was a £15 admin payment added. The full payment should have been shown on the initial website. It came across as very manipulative

I have written an email and am awaiting a reply. Your automated system managed to get my address wrong as it must use an out of date Postcode checker. I have tried to get my address corrected before my policy starts on 23/07/2023, However your automated system wants to charge me for correcting its mistake. I believe I CAN CANCEL MY POLICY WITH A FULL REFUND WITHIN 48HRS. Plaese sort the address issue for free or cancel my policy and refund all payments taken.

Firstly the app said twice oops sorry, then you took two full payments which you don’t know when I get one back. The robot reply Doesn’t seem too understand English. The first quote i got for some reason jumped by £40 when I came to pay. I am assuming my payment will be refunded and things can only get better?

Well considering it’s over £300 more than last year.. 1 word GREEDFLATION Basically profiteering which during the war was imprisonment. 47 years old paying more for car insurance than evermore !!!

The actual process was good from selection to implementing the policy. Unfortunately, the car I was buying suddenly wasn't available so I cancelled the policy, I don't know whether I'm due a refund or not, you've taken 2 months premium plus 97p cancellation. Perversely the car was made available again the following day, so I went through the whole process again and set up another policy again with the standard 2 months in advance. My point is, not being able to speak with someone and not being able to get clear answers from your 'frequent questions' zone, I don't know what the position is with the premium paid on my first policy as the only confirmation I have is that it's cancelled.
