“I've had a bad experience because I have insured with another company. And I now trying to cancel this "new" policy! Find difficult to find a phone number to speak to someone.”
“Most insurance companies need a positive action by the customer to renew a policy not this company.
I have already taken out an insurance policy with a different company. Also there is no telephone contact and no option to change a password if the previous has been forgotten making communication difficult.
I have contacted the bank to cancel my renewal as it was not authorised by myself”

They managed to come up with a price which, though more expensive than the previous year with another company, was HALF what my previous company had quoted for renewal (despite no claims being made)and far cheaper than any other companies for the same cover. I would have no hesitation in recommending them”
“Yoga took me on as a new customer, and then 2 months later wrote to me saying they were terminating my cover in 7 days time as they had made an error in accepting me - they said they didn't cover my occupation. I then had to find new insurance, however Yoga only sent me a partial refund. I'd paid in full, and I was ok with them deducting 2/12 of the annual premium from my refund as I'd had cover for 2 months, but after allowing for that I was still out of pocket by almost £70. Extremely disappointed by this. My insurance was cancelled due to no fault of mine yet I lost out by just under £70. Plus because I'd to get new cover at short notice my premium was higher than it would have been if I'd been arranging it with more time to spare. Beware!”
“I need a human to help me! I can’t get into my app, must have used a password spelt incorrectly so I can’t get in to speak to the human. The app doesn’t allow for resending link for new password. I need to check if my old car is still registered with you after insuring my new car and how it affects premium,NCB or if I’ll get a refund of premium for the old car.
I’m not enjoying this system, there’s no flexibility.
I need to be contacted by email with a link of how to get in.”
