“Was experience ever I will never go near it again insured my 2nd car told then I had no claim bonus because I was using them on my other car somehow they decided to say that I had so many years no claim bonus when I had told them i didn’t have any for that policy and they charged me £49.99 to cancel straight away no phone number to contact them”
“Hi i open a new car policy as they apeared to be the most competitive quote by £200 to start the policy from the 19.9.23 they supplied the wrong details to my bank. My direct debit was then unabled to be set up properly. They then issued me a 7 days cancellation of motor insurance letter. I am unabled to confact anybody with this issue with the live chat. They now want to charge me £50 to cancel my policy. Total cost for 10 days insurance is £117 . Even though the fault is theres . Even though you should be legally 14 days cooling off period. This now means legally i have to inform future companies that i have had my insurance cancelled . Therefore possible increasing my insurance in the future.”

There’s only a live chat, which you have to wait hours in a queue to get on. I was hit by a lorry in Dec 2022. They have still not even been in touch to fix my car and it is now Sept 2023! 9 months later and they have still not fixed my car! Shocking!”
