“Do not use avoid, I did a quote with confused.com with 0 NCB & picked yoga as it was a good price £20 cheaper, the reason I wanted a quote with 0 NCB was to use my 9 years NCB on a high value vehicle which I have purchased they used my 9years NCB on my van, they got my 9 NCB off the data base which they hid in the quote, I only realised after purchase, there is now a £50 cancellation fee 😖👎”
“Don't buy insurance off these clowns unless you are certain you're going to stay for the full 12 months term. When you change cars, even if its virtually identical the price for the new quote went up by over 80%, yes original one was £286 and the new one with only 8 months to go £526. “Yoga had an issue with my driving licence number. The number will never change so why it was a problem or was even needed, who knows??
Also, because I couldn't insure my vehicle with Yoga due to the licence issue, I had to insure with others. Couldn't/wouldn't budge on this despite 2nd year policy.
Yoga took £442.31 prematurely and then only refunded £391.22 which is £51.09 short. It is illegal to insure a vehicle with more than one policy, so full refund required.

“Hi got really good deal on car insurance but when I had a question live chat was not helpful at all just kept repeating my question and got the same answer which didn't help resolve my question I decided to go for monthly payment and 1st payment was taken from my bank account which was fine but then got notification from bank that you tried taking the amount for the full year which was declined and I wanted to know why that was as I went for monthly and I couldn't find out why you tried taking payment in full”

“Did an online comparison and chose Yoga as it was the cheapest with more extras than the others, including free breakdown recovery (recovery being the operative word). Unfortunately when I needed the 'free' breakdown recovery I found that they wouldn't come out to me unless I paid £150 up front with my credit card! Unfortunately I didn't have any way of paying this as all my cards were at home and I was stuck in the middle of nowhere, so they said that there was nothing they could do and put the phone down on me, leaving me stranded.
I certainly won't be renewing with Yoga again next year if this is how I am treated when I break down and need help in the middle of a cold rainy night.”

“I totally regret buying this car insurance. I have not been able to get any satisfaction trying to get into customer portal. I followed all instructions but was just going round in circles.
A lorry drove into me which I reported . A girl phoned me from Yoga to take details .When the accident report was emailed to me there were so many mistakes even my address was incorrect. The insurers of the lorry contacted me by phone , they were so helpful and offered to deal with the claim as their client was at fault. I have not been able to contact Yoga on line ,They are not accepting my username or password.
Having seen some of the other clients comments I am now really concerned as I have said I do not wish to auto renew and it appears this is not enough to stop them taking my money.”
