I could not talk to anyone, all robot chat.
They also took a disproportionate amount for the one day.

“RIP OFF! I cancelled withing the statutory cooling off period and they still charge me a cancellation fee! AND the 'live Chat service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm' is 'not currently available'”

Took out another policy with different company as a result of renewal being expensive but then seen DD had been taken, now you want a £50 cancelation charge as well!
Twice I logged into the portal and cancelled auto renewal and now its cost me nearly £100
Have made a complaint but will take this to finanial ombudsman. Auto renewal is an immoral way of doing business especially if your site doesn't work”

I then cancelled the policy, before the commencement date, only to find they are charging £49.99.

“Tried to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, got a robot as there was no way to emsil you and the robot tells me I have to pay £49.99 to cancel. This premium has not even started and by law I have 14 days to cancel. Will never use you if I can help it. Why make contacting you so difficult

“Beware of yoga insurance I purchased insurance in November 2022 and it was a one time transaction . This year I didn’t process with renewal .even though I didn’t request renewal, they will renewed me automatically and over rid my credit can and charged out £549.68.and I couldn’t call them to cancel as they don’t have phone numbers and when I eventually navigate your portal on there website to cancel the fraudulent renewal on the some date the policy is supposed to start the charge me £59.99. For the cancellation. Charge for a period of about half an hour as the time I am writing this review. At 9.30. Assuming the insurance starts at 6am the time I discover the fraudulent insurance from My credit card notification But the law says they have to give 14 days cooling off period.”

“I wished to receive my documents as hard copy by post. It appears this will not be possible. It was NOT made clear that this company is online only. Had I known this I would NOT have taken out a policy with YOGA I wish I had not done so. The so called on line help assistance is confusing. Disgraceful. I just pray I do not need their help if I have to make a claim. I really wish I had not chosen this company. “This company makes it IMPOSSIBLE for the customer to make contact by way of making a phone call, no telephone number is to be found. The website is TERRIBLE - one is left to 'converse' with an automatic chatbot which is not up to date with the search tabs. All I want to do is update my bank details so the automatic renewal can go ahead and I have spent 2 hours searching the site looking for how to do this. The Chatbot has directed me to a place and tab which does not exist! It has been an infuriating experience and makes me want to change Insurer based on this experience and waste of my valuable time They might be cheaper than other companies but one has to navigate their rubbish website first! :-(”

“Do not use avoid, I did a quote with confused.com with 0 NCB & picked yoga as it was a good price £20 cheaper, the reason I wanted a quote with 0 NCB was to use my 9 years NCB on a high value vehicle which I have purchased they used my 9years NCB on my van, they got my 9 NCB off the data base which they hid in the quote, I only realised after purchase, there is now a £50 cancellation fee 😖👎”
