Overall the quality of the awning seems good. We have only had it up for a week, so I can't make a claim for sustainability. The directions for this project were not great, and some of the holes did not line up properly. The pitch of it seems really low and the instructions have no insight on how to adjust it. There was a roller part with the shipment that was not in the instructions, and the bars arrived bent and had to be fixed. It was a several hour job that was made more difficult because of poor directions and faulty pieces. It looks nice now that it is up and i hope to find information on how to fix the pitch (right now it is a 2ft drop which seems drastic).
