Great for seated shoulder presses. I have long arms and the lateral raise portion has to be used one arm at a time so that I can lean away from the load to get the correct ROM and fulcrum point. I have learned to enjoy the one-arm version. Easier assembly than anticipated - especially after looking at the exploded diagram of all the pieces (I am not very mechanically inclined). It took about 90 minutes.
Great tool to use for front & medial delt hypertrophy with my powerlifting training - one of my weak points.
