Whilst the car covers purchased are of a very good quality, I award them 5 stars across the board, however, one was delivered damaged. A replacement was requested, yet when that arrived, it too was damaged so a refund was requested - that was over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for this refund which is only £26 - and given the size of Eurocarparts - this poor customer service doesn't reflect at all well on the company !!
