We ordered a casket and paid the extra money to have it shipped overnight. The company contacted us shortly thereafter and told us that the one we ordered was not available for overnight delivery. They made a recommendation of a similar casket that could be delivered the next day. We opted to go with that casket. It arrived in a very timely manner and was just what we had hoped it would be. We definitely recommend this company.
