These are called mushroom gummies, but they only really contain one mushroom. Rather I feel that they are a combination of two adaptogens, an amino acid, and a mushroom that promote calm and focus. I like the formula either way as these are all supplements I either take or have taken. Therefore, this product seems like a great choice for value when combining them all.The taste is good; both sweet and sour peach flavor. Theyre sugar free with 16 calories and 5g carbs. The information out there on these supplements, especially ashwagandha, can be confusing. Ive taken it regularly for a couple years without breaks and have had great results and good blood work. Im happy to add these gummies in place of capsules/powders or as an extra support supplement. Recommended.
