Ive been taking these every night for about two weeks and I can definitely tell a difference in my mood and sleep already.These help my fall asleep faster, I usually stay awake for hours unable to really fall asleep and stay asleep, especially with an 18 month old. Im able to fall into a deep sleep and also DREAM. Its very rare that Im so deep into sleep that I have dreams, but I have them frequently now!The days after I take these I feel calmer, I dont feel so on edge and aggressive all day. I feel like Im more reasonable, especially with my kids!They taste pretty good, no chalky taste or grassy earthy flavor. You get that slight elderberry taste without it being too sweet!Definitely recommend these for mood or sleep!!
