I received an email solicitation just after December 2019. I needed a tree and found a picture that was beautiful at a beautiful price, ordered and paid for it. Two days later I received an email that the item was sold out. After calling, customer service spent much time patiently helping to find another. It came in the mail about 2 days after the projected arrival. When I open the box, it was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it would come in a hundred pieces. I was able to assemble it myself though and it turned out beautiful. The tips broke off a few limbs but it is not noticeable. All in all I am happy with my purchase and glad I made it.
