I purchased this hat but thought it wasn’t me so I returned it. The more I thought about it i realized I had made a mistake so I went to reorder it but alas it was sold out and I was really bummed. I usually let things do but decided to contact customer service and am so glad I did. They said they would contact me if they saw what I wanted. The next day they contacted me and told me they had located my blue hat in my size at the warehouse. I was thrilled. Meanwhile I had another hat I had paid for going back but hadn’t reached them yet. Just a few days later my blue hat arrived and they took it as a trade with the $ even though my returned hat hadn’t reached them yet. The customer service here is excellent and as a result of this I will be a life long customer because they are just wonderful. I’m happy as a clam. Thanks so much for all your fantastic help!
