Experience - above average. Install - easy. Quality - better than expected.
The springs are nice and tight and keep the fixture tight against the ceiling (although I do have 5/8" drywall).
My only complaint is they are too bright. You NEED them on a dimmer. And probably not a good idea to mix and match with other fixtures. You need all of them the same.
Only other issue is - these were soo new and white, it made my ceilings look dis-colored,... so now I have to paint.
