She complained about the same but they denied stating that their production team always checks the products before sending them for delivery. So, they mean to say, customer is lying. This is ridiculous reply from them. I request all the customers, please don't get into their trap of fancy advertisement on instagram and other social media platforms. I tried to contact them on Instagram but they do not care for customers reply. They just focusing on sales not after sale services. They are fooling the customers. If you get the wrong size and ask for replacement of size, they will not listen to you in first instance, after so many calls and follow ups, even if they agree, they will ask for the shipping charges and ask you to courier the previous one. HOWEVER, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM ON NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM AND WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
