I bought a dress from bunaai, and got it damaged, they changed it for me but again got with same damage, and they said that when they checked it, it was in good condition. But the problem with the dress is the cloth is coming out of the stitch, they used less cloth, is the damage done by me? If not by them. And also first time when I got dress that was completely fine except the damage. But replaced one I can't even use, the hands sliping out from shoulders, zipping is difficult... especially is the cloth quality is worst. Only thing I'm happy with them is first time when I said them I received damaged product, they arranged for replacement... If anyone one wants any dress from bunaai u need to make sure about timings, you won't get it early. It's been 2 months I ordered today I got my replacement product. Seriously I want share the video how it is flipping out of my hand but I can't.
