I'm uncertain whether Lyca is the worst telecom provider in the UK or if all other providers have similar issues. I purchased Lyca's National Plus plan a month ago, but the bundle hasn't been allocated to my SIM. Since I've updated this number everywhere, including NI, banks, and other portals, I have no choice but to retain it. I've been contacting their customer care for a month to restore my package, as money has been deducted from my account. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue persists, and I've been repeatedly told it will be resolved in a couple of days. I'm unsure whom I should escalate this matter to for a resolution.
