They will say that a supervisor or manager will call you back within one hour. No one has ever called back from them. And they lie so often that they get lost in these lies, I have proven this to them many times. AVOID LYCAMOBILE LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you want a similar deal, choose Lebara. If you have any problem, it will be solved when you call them within 15 minutes, they will solve everything, and here it is in the third month from January, it's March and no results.
