Purchased a T-Shirt, then immediately cancelled and contacted customer service. Customer service says it's up to supplier, no guarantee - even though it's minutes after placing order.
Reply 2 days later and say it's been shipped. Absolutely hopeless service - expensive shipping! Avoid at all cost.
