Same as the other hundreds of customers. Ordered in November, took money, no email to say dispatched, no order to cancel. Then suddenly when I email to ask where my tree is, I get an email to say it's been refunded. By this time I had placed stupidly another order! No response to ant type of communication whatsoever. Got a refund through PayPal for 2nd order. Left review on here and trust Pilot and reported to Trading Standards. They are not too busy to post on Instagram, but too busy to reply to emails from customers! Shocking! I hope you get shut down!
