Really sorry to have to give this joke of a company 1 star, but there's no facility to give no stars. Paid £260 for a pre-lit, Eight foot Christmas tree to brighten up my Grandchildrens Christmas. NOTHING arrived and I paid extra for next day delivery. Phones not answered, emails ignored etc. Absolute disgraceful behaviour at such a sad time in most people's lives. I am retired and my wife works bloody hard, in the NHS, for the little money she gets and cannot afford to lose such an amount of money. SHAME ON YOU and all who work for you!!
