Received a pre lit tree. Assembled it and lights went on for a second then straight off. Messaged company took a week to reply to be told to try connect again if not reply back to get a new plug sent out. Still no reply. Been over 2 weeks with no working tree and no reply. Wouldn’t bother buying anything from them
