What a shambles this lot are. I'm trying to return an item and the company agreed to process the refund. For five days, despite daily emails to them, I have not received a return label. "Matt" replied to one email to tell me to print out the return label and attach it to the package. But how can I do that if they haven't sent it? Returns have to be within 30 days, and I'm wondering what happens if they still haven't sent the return label in that time. No phone number, no chat bot, just email after email that does unanswered. Avoid this awful company like the plague!
