Shocking customer service by Paul the store manager in the penge south London branch. Refused to exchange a faulty item even though it ws a wilko branded product. I had no receipt but showed bank statement. He refused to accept it and wouldn't check his back office system for the receipt saying he didn't have access. He told me I had to call head office. Which I did, only to be told that he does have access and he should have sorted it out instore. Not only did he lie he walked away when I questioned him about my rights as a consumer.
