Deciding to sign up for MBT was not an easy decision for me on many levels. There was a lot of uncertainty, it was like placing a bet on my success, only I got to decide the role of the dice. My tutor, Leslies was a great fit. Once I made the commitment, to invest in my health, with Leslie to support me, I quickly fell into the pattern of making better choices and journaling. Leslie kept me accountable and was my cheerleader. I have done a lot of diets but it was the accountability that made it work this time.
