Once the technician arrived, everything went smoothly. The only thing was that my apt time was from 8-10 (and he arrived at almost noon), and I didn't know that I would be give an 30 minute heads up before the technician arrived. So I was waiting for over 3 hours at the car in the freezing weather when I only lived 10 minutes away. Better communication about what to expect and updated ETAs would have been greatly appreciated so I could have used my time more efficiently. It was a bummer I spent so much time sitting around waiting.

Service was great. Quick, timely with a full explanation. The only surprise was the mileage charge of $25.00 after reading at the website the were no hidden fees. I should have read the bill bill before and not after. But like I said everything else was terrific. If not for the mileage charge a 5 star rating was appropriate.

The install was fine but the changing of the battery caused computer issues for my car. I called the 800 number and advised the operator of the problem cause by the installer. I was told they would contact the installer than call me right back. No one from 1-800 battery has contacted me to help fix the problem. Also they state on their site that they have real time chat on line. That is not a true statement as it pertains to me. I sent an email asking questions and several hours later got a call with excuses on why it wasn’t real time. Also they charge $1.00 per mile that the installer had to drive to get to my location. If this is how the treat all their customers than I highly question the star ratings that the post on their site.

I need a printed copy of the 36 month warranty on the battery to go in my car. I am 93 years old and the auto may be passed on to others in the coming years. Thank you Archie Mangum

Appreciate the service, although was left to sort out getting the radio working - not a straightforward fix. Would be great if the technician would not just remove and install the battery but would ensure the disconnect and connect haven't disrupted car function and operation.

The person that came out was given the incorrect battery so they tried to install for 90 minutes before realizing it was too big for my car. They had to leave and pick up the correct size battery. Probably took 3 hours to complete the install.

Battery prices were good battery quality is great. You did say that you're sending a technician out who's also going to do a test which he did not do. Not his fault he was not told that that was something he needed to do.

Scheduled battery replacement same day for a scheduled slot between 2-4pm and technician didn't arrive until 8:30pm. When he did arrive, it was super quick and effortless. Overall I do recommend if you're in a bind, but keep in mind that it may take considerably longer to arrive than you anticipate, so plan for that. I checked in with chat customer service 5 times to get ETAs. Although it was quick and easy to connect with a representative, it wasn't until the final check-in that I actually was able to get an actual ETA. Throughout the day I had no idea when he'd actually arrive, which made it hard to plan my day.

The service was excellent and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and quick. My issues is the the arrival time wasn’t what was stated and if I didn’t follow up I’d wouldn’t know when would be the arrival of the mechanic.

Everything was great accept I was never given my refund for the warranty check. The first battery only lasted 6 months and I was charged $100 for the replacement.

I experienced a few mishaps … First the online app was not working correctly. When I explained this to staffing I was still able to get a discount (but not the same as the online discount) I was told that my battery would be tested once the technician got here. The technician told me that he only installed batteries. (No testing).Staffing put in the wrong address .Only a street number with no relevant house number.(this delayed my technician arrival). He had to call me for my address. The technician lacked knowledge on how to get my battery out of the casing. Luckily I had looked at Utube prior to his arrival and was able to explain how to remove the plastic covering .(covering that covered the floor board). Overall the technician was very pleasant and showed great patience for the things that were out of his control.

Technician was excellent and extremely fast. Had my battery change done in under 30 minutes. Problem is he was 4 hours outside the appointment window I selected. Lost my whole day waiting for him to arrive and I wasn't notified about the 2nd delay. I had to call to see where the tech was and was then notified he'd be even later than the first reported delay....

Scheduling was easy, the installer was on time, courteous, respectful of property and efficient. Now for the not-so-good part. I was online searching for the AAA battery installation web site and thought that is what I was clicking on, or this company was sub-contracted by AAA. I feel the typical "bait and switch" type advertising like this going on online is deceptive and I would not knowingly participate in it. It was disappointing to realize that I could have received the same service less expensively had I actually reached the correct web page.

I am rating 3 stars. All personnel on the live chat were helpful and friendly. The tech who came to my car was also professional, helpful and friendly. No problems there. Problem for me was timing and communication. I called Friday at 3:44 pm and no one was available to get to my car until 12:30 pm the next day. And this was not communicated to me at all. No email or text. First ETA was 2-3 hours...nothing. I initiated another chat. Next ETA, next morning 8-10 am...nothing. I initiated yet another chat...finally 12:30 pm. If I had known I would have had to wait that long, I would have made other arrangements.

Net 3 stars as 5 for having car battery installed in my driveway. 5 stars for the ordering process and notification of when the technician was to arrive. 1 star for the technician who installed the wrong battery and leaving before even telling us he was done. SMH. I will still use and recommend this service in the future - i'll just say to watch the battery being installed.

My appointment was for a Friday in between 2-4 pm. I get a text at 4:02 saying the technician was here, however I went outside and no one was there. By the time I reached someone through the chat line they said the technician said I wasn’t home and moved on. I never saw the description of the technician vehicle on my street! The person running the chat said that the technician would come back on Friday, they did not. Saturday morning I got on the chat and told my circumstance again. The person on the chat sent someone out within 2 hours and they were great! The only reason they get 3 starts is because Tim was a complete professional and was great.

Scheduled for 11am installer arrived at 4pm installation only took 10 min. Don’t really know why he was so late but it messed up my schedule for the day. New battery is in and car starts that really all that counts.

Scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM but no communication till 1 PM. I tried to call 1-800-Battery, it kept saying 4th caller in line, 3rd, 2nd, and back to 4th caller. That went on for an hour and got tired. The technician showed up at 1:30 PM.
