“BEWARE. Unreliable, very irresponsible service. My $29 -postage package of books I need, sent from NY to Europe, has disappeared. Tracking report indicates meandering all over USA. Fourteen days later, I have no idea where the package is. Customer service issues apologies but no information. THe tracking website "has issues" " it will be fixed" but hasn't been fixed. And no one knows where the package is. I deeply regret using parcel monkey. Better to pay a bit extra and not lose your time and money.”

“My recipient had the wrong parcel delivered - paid for next day delivery - It was VERY urgent.
Not only did they have delivered the wrong parcel - it's 7 days later and still between them and DX they cannot locate it - saying it was already delivered. They have no phone number and I have asked in mails and live chat to have a manager contact me directly - they just ignore me.
They are a scam company and say they are not responsible, but DX is telling me directly it is down to them to start the investigation but they will not.
Trust me now - do NOT use them, be prepared to lose your parcel. Their customer service is non existent. I explained they have a legal contract with me not DX.

“Shame you don't give the option to score them 0. I booked an express international service but they never turned up and didn't even think about Letting me know. When I tried to contact them about the time my parcels will be collected, some women answered by chat a very basic reply saying that i had to stay home from 8am-6pm (as if I had nothing else to do of my day). At 5:30 pm I decide to contact them again as I am starting to worry since I had a plane to take that evening (I booked their services to send my stuffs back home as I was leaving the country) again they were unable to provide me with an answer they knew nothing!!! And of course it was not their responsability but the courrier's one...I end up calling the courrier (parcel force) directly and they confirmed to me how useless parcelmonkey is, they show you interesting prices but no service at all. In the end parcel force sent me a driver to pick up my stuffs after I called them 3 times to explain the situation. I will NEVER use parcel monkey again, I'd rather pay directly the courrier company and pay a fee pounds more”
“They were late 7 days, provided no tracking information, charged customs more than 10 times and their customer support were very poor communicating. New people answering to each message every time contradicting each other and prior conversations. I will now have to pursue the issue legally. Not recommended at all.”

When queried they deleted my comments off Facebook and blocked my account. Also after emailing they have said they have no customer service support and no number we can contact. They have not given a reason as to why our package will not be delivered. It may cost a few pounds more but book direct with the parcel companies, as at least if an item is returned to sender they will deliver it back to you, they add their wearhouse address as the sending address so it will go back to them and then they will demand a fee and return postage from there, or they will destroy your package. As we were shipping to UK> China our postage cost a considerable amount and we have lost a lot of money in this process.”

“Dropped off parcel at Matalans, DPD collection point, parcel bound for Australia. Cost £22.
3weeks later it had not arrived. Tracked and message stated the parcel had breached T&C??
No other information except if I wanted it returned it would cost a further £19.
I had 3 days left to do this or it would be destroyed.
Paid the extra costs reluctantly and re ieved the parcel 9 days later with a book missing from the contents. Had bought for my granddaughter.
Then I read all the reviews but Too late by then.
