My parcel is showing in transit for two weeks now , I think it’s lost , and yea you can’t contact theme , no phone number , no email ….. avoid , me to I was conned by the fake reviews in other sites !!!! Crazy , this is monkey Bussiness , lost a parcel worth 400£ !!!! It was a gift for my Nephews, disgusting .

Do not use this company!! Awful! My shipment got crushed even though I went over and above to make sure it wouldn’t get damaged. Fair enough, it was parcel force who delivered it but you cannot contact them directly, it has to be parcel monkey. There is no phone number to call and no email. The only way is through there online messaging service. Which is an absolute joke. I have be going back and forward for nearly 4 weeks trying to get it sorted. Eventually they have agreed to pay for the damaged goods (that I paid an extra insurance for) but they are saying they won’t refund me the shipping costs, as they fulfilled their service!?!? By crushing my parcel??? I think not.... They are admitting liability for crushing the parcel, yet saying they carried out the service!!! And expecting me to pay the shipping costs for the new parcel again. Madness DO NOT USE. You’ve been warned.

These are fraud people. They will take your money and then lose your stuff. And they have no number or place where they can be reached but just a stupid taped chatting system. WOSRT THING EVER

NEVER USE THIS SHIPPING SERVICE They omitted the company name on my parcel, when I gave them one. Now the parcel is going back to the sender, it can't be stopped. But the customer support of parcel monkey keeps sending me requests to contact local post office, because the parcel can be received, which is a lie, because it is already on the way to the sender (I contacted local post 5 times). I claimed refund for numerous times and they just ignore these requests.

Don't use them. This really is MONKEY BUSINESS! I went on their wecbsite to book a collection and the item weight is 11kg but I couldn't shrink wrap it back into the box. The supplier agreed that I can tape the bag and return it to them. K then contacted Parcel monkey to say that the weight of my parcel is the same but the dimension is different - should I cancel my collection and rebooking? They said the courier will tell me the price different when collecting the item. The courier arrived and just picked it up. I showed him the box that it couldn't fit in with weight and dimension and he just said it's fine! A week later, Parcel Monkey wrote to tell me they charged me extra £53 because the new dimension means that the weight is 25kg. I forwarded them the email from the supplier confir ing the weight of 11kg and they still insisted nothing can be done!

I refuse to believe any of the positive reviews on here are genuine. Do not use this company if you want things actually delivered, any customer service, and your bank account to be dipped into on spurious claims of breaches of terms and conditions. They have taken £170 recently from my card claiming the parcel was bigger than we described which is completely false. We use the same boxes all the time and weighed using our proper scales purchased for this. Customer service is appalling and non existent. One package arrived damaged with the box ripped in half. Literally looked like it had been in the zoo as a playtoy for the animals. We had to replace the item and deliver personally costing us several hundred pounds. They didn't honour the insurance and refused to even reund the delivery cost. They are truly awful

I paid for a parcel to be shipped to Amazon returns centre in Slovenia. I used Parcel Monkey as suggested by Amazon. I filled out the questionaire and downloaded all the documents and attached them all in accordance with the instructions. I then dropped the parcel off at the local DPD pickup point. A couple of days later the parcel returned to me as I was told customs documentation had not been completed. I have for over a week now tried to get Parcel Monkey to arrange for shipping as the required documents have been downloaded and attached ( again?) they have refused to arrange uplift and have still taken my money. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY FOR INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT.

I used them a while ago, paid with a new credit card and within a few weeks had items paid for on that card that I hadn't ordered or received, luckily I had the money returned by Barclaycard, but Parcelmonkey said they had a good security system in place and it hadn't happened through their transaction, it was a new account and I had not used it for any other payments at all! Do not trust!

I should have read the reviews here, trustpilot is full of fake reviews made by their bot accounts. I sent a one-of -a-kind item to a friend. It was supposed to get there in 10-14 days. It was lost for over a month and a half. I was emailing them constantly asking for updates. I finally got one that was more than "we are contacting the courier for update" and they say "Regret to say, Unfortunately, this is declared lost by the carrier. We have noticed that the parcel insured for personal/gift item, hence it will not claimable." ARE YOU SHITTING ME

I wish I read this review from this website then some Other fake ones. What I read most of the packages here get lost , it don’t make any sense. That’s straightaway scamming from ppl. How it’s it possible so many packages get lost 😡. My get lost too after 4 months keep writing them where is my package. Shame on them. They should definitely close their business!!!

TLDR: Always pay by credit card to protect against any of Parcelmonkey’s scams and volatile terms and conditions. This way if the service is not as described, your credit card company can open a case against them to recover your funds. Don’t be fooled by their ‘you agreed to our t&c’s’ waffle - if their terms are dubious, they will not be upheld in court. They charged me ~£18 to send roller skates to Europe. The skates got held up in UK customs with no attempts made to contact the buyer or sender. The skates were then bizarrely sent to Parcekmonkey. They didn’t go via Parcelmonkey depot, they went directly from me, so I don’t know why this was required at all, certainly not an eco-friendly service or company. Then it became obvious why it goes via them - they then charged me an additional £14 to have the skates posted to me under the reason “Dear Sir/Madam, Your item has been returned to us because the recipient refused to pay customs duty.” This was a lie that was later admitted - they made no attempt to contact the buyer or myself and I know this as it was my phone number provided to customs. Anyway, no refund given by parcel monkey for either the initial parcel where no delivery or contact attempts were made, or for the subsequent charge to return the item to me. And by the way they limited my response time to have the item returned to me to 21 days - at which point they would ‘dispose’ of the item - I.e. sell it themselves on their eBay account. My advice to ANYONE thinking of using this company is to pay by Credit Card because you’re really going to need the added protection that comes with using one when dealing with corrupt, scamming companies such as Parcel Monkey. ~£30+ to have some skates sit at UK customs and then returned to me 3.5 weeks later. Official complaint made to Navin Ramiah (MD) at head office, which I won’t expect a reply to - not once did my complaints and messages get acknowledged by management, so there’ll be a Subject Access Request to follow. Probably going to have to go small claims court if the credit card company don’t successfully chargeback, but I will out of principle. Dreadful support staff also.

Whatever you do, don't use Parcel Monkey. In December (4 months ago), my wife shipped 6 packages via them to our home in France. 4/6 never arrived, and they just confirmed that two of those are *definitely* lost. A 33% success rate is beyond horrible. There were things in those packages that cannot be replaced.

This was the second time i made the mistake of going with Parcel; Monkey, yes my fault i know. The first time after 10+ emails they never picked up my parcel. As for today i went through them with DX, and despite a call from DX them, they never arrived. I'm now live chatting with some fool that can't speak English, NEVER AGAIN.

I'm in shock by the laziness of the customer service team. Being sent from pillar to post and not caring about a parcel that may be lost. They are letting me deal with it instead of doing their job. Disgraceful. I do not recommend

It’s an utterly unreliable company which lost 2 out of 4 parcels in less than 3 weeks and did not refund me. Furthermore they returned a 5th one, failed to help (they CS advisers behave like robots) and kept the money. Dodgier than dodgy. Avoid at all costs!

Mailed on February 13th, 2021 and package just arrived to destination today 3/27/2021 - very unhappy - was told in description that it would take up to 14 days.. I planned on at least 20-25 maybe pushing 30 days.. but this was more .. not happy at all. My package sat in New Jersey for a week or more and I even tried to retrieve and send back as it needed to be there in the three week time frame.. No one would help and it is all out of everyone's hand and the rep's just pad the excuses with patience and smiles. I would not use this again..

I've been using parcelmonkey for several years - July 2019 is the earliest entry on my account page. I just sent a box of easter confectionary to some relatives - the box was of very good quality and in new condition. Internally it was stuffed with bubble wrap and the brown paper that Amazon use with their boxes. On delivery the box was so squashed that both sides of the box had burst open, one ripping the box staples that joined it together. Clearly DPD has put something very heavy on it - even though the box was light itself. Laughably I choose to pay extra for DPD over ParcelForce as I thought that they were suppossed to be more reliable! The contents were all broken. OK - so I cannot claim for the confectionary as they list this on their exclusion list (it seems that most things are nowadays). But I am apparently not even entitled to a refund of the carriage - as the parcel was delivered and so they deem that "the service was provided although the parcel was damaged". So it seems that I cannot now expect that any parcel I send is not to be mistreated and abused, as that is what has clearly happened here. A great attitude and a great way to loose customers. What a joke.

I booked with parcelmonkey for shipping from the UK to Syria. The service they used was DHL. I have an account with DHL and I already know DHL will NOT ship to Syria due to the economical sanctions. I contacted parcelmonkey and asked if they really can ship to Syria and the agent said yes. I even explained to the agent about the sanctions and he confirmed they can ship to Syria. I paid and DHL driver picked up the parcel. After ten days, the shipment had no update at all when i tracked on DHL website. I phoned DHL and asked about it, they said they can not ship to Syria and they are waiting for the monkey to request the return. I phoned the monkey and asked where my shipment was and the stupid Monkey said they tried 2 times to deliver it but no one was at the address in Syria. the address i sent to was a laboratory which opens from 7am to 10pm. I asked the agent if there is any evidence they knocked the door or any photo of the door of the address they reached in Syria but he said they have evidence but they can not show it. one advice i can give to parcel monkey: If you insist to lie to your customers you need to learn how to lie because we are not that stupid to believe whatever you say. I would have appreciated if you said you did not know DHL would not ship to syria. After two lies your agent made, you charged me around £15 for return from your warehouse in UK to my address in UK. you also charged me 3 times more for shipping out. you charged me £87.68 for Syria while the shipping cost to Lebanon (next to Syria) was £28. so i paid you £102 for nothing. what i got in return was two stupid lies and damaged parcel. When i complained you said you need picture of the broken items. Why dont you offer picture of the address in Syria if you say you knocked the door twice while DHL the carrier admitted the shipment never left the uk

The worst company I have ever used in my life!!! I shipped a package over 3 months ago and I have been getting the run around since then. They don't even know where my package is!!! Horrible company!!!!
