I always use Amazon ..the prices are good..choice is good and delivery is always on time and the parcel is always left where we want it to be.Really happy with Amazon and will continue to use them

Always using amazon for buying every stuffs online because of my busy schedules but today when my delivery was important so used my prime membership to get the stuff in one day their service was so poor and awful that even one star is too much delivery driver updating false statment saying he tried first attempt and customer service providers named monica and robin was ignoring to provide me any help and when i asked for supervisor they put me in hold fo ages... I just hope every important customer and user read this before using amazon and if in emergency buy it from shop instead of trusting this unreliable idiotic liars ....

In January I tried to order Nicorette spray. As I am in Thailand it was impossible to have it delivered to me so I entered a friend’s London address and mobile number for delivery. At checkout it was impossible to reject the “free” Amazon Prime membership. I entered my credit card and billing info (Canadian cardholder). The checkout was completed and I saw that Amazon had initiated a charge against my credit card because I had a nominal foreign exchange charge registered on my card. The following day I received an email requesting that I forward to Amazon’s secure web portal a screenshot of my credit card account in order to prove ownership of the account. I replied that I would never send such information to anyone. I noted that my bank has rigorous fraud protection protocols. I also asked why they didn’t request the ccv code as proof of ownership. Over the following days I received two more emails stating my shipment was delayed until I provided the information. I replied that rather than sending repeat emails they should read the response I already sent. Maybe two days later I received an email stating that my account was locked and no future transactions would be permitted. I replied that I found the company’s business model to be unacceptable and that I would never do business with them again. I further demanded that they refrain from billing me for their bullsh$# Prime (non) service forced upon me at checkout. So never received the product, nor any further communication. Today I checked my bank account and Amazon has billed me for their Prime Service. Unbelievable!!! What a dishonest company....would not send my order because could not verify the validity of my credit card, but no problem charging me for their Prime Service 1 day delivery. What a bad joke!

So I have been using amazon for the past two years and I have never left a review as I just couldn’t be bothered. For once, I wrote a review as I actually liked the product but then later receiving a message on amazon saying that I won’t be able to post any more reviews as I was violating against the policies. I called them a few times later receiving an e mail saying that I ever the had a relationship with some seller, or I was getting free or discounted stuff and that’s the reason I was posting a good review and also my account had been banned from writing a reiview ever since. What really pisses me off is that there is always a botton there where you can choose to leave a review but when I do, I get a ban. After called them 10 times and speaking to 5 different managers, about a month after the issue. What I got told on the phone was basically, ‘we will not provide you with anymore information, we will not prove anything to you and the decision is final, happy or not, deal with with it’ how bad does it sound? All I asked was, if they are ‘determined’ I was violating against their 3 policies like I have said above, prove it to me that I actually know the seller or I was getting free stuff? But no, I don’t get any and I have to deal with it. The very last manager that I spoke to had a terrible attitude and they don’t treat you like customers.

Had an awful experience over the last 2 weeks. Waited in 2 days force delivery, kept getting the wrong information. Was promised a refund when it arrived..then asked to send it back . The customer service chat agents are useless. I wasted so much time talking to them for nothing. They also deliver false promises. They're disgraceful.

Due to an inability to access an account which has been 'locked' by yourselves I have lost 9 x months of Prime. Even after opening another Amazon account, they would not transfer the remaining 9 months to the new account. We reached an impasse and I lost out. How unfair. The operative was sympathetic but I still remain out of pocket. Terrible. I will be sharing the experience.

I'm so disappointed, they took £79 from my account for some prime membership, but I never subscribe for this kind of membership.

Such a pity because we do need that type of shopping, however: Do I get my delivery on time? NO When things go wrong does Amazon tries to fix it? No Does prime works with one click, one day delivery? NO Is Amazon responsive? NO Received an email somebody who probably thinks he is the top worm as he is calling himself Joseph! Oh dear! telling me that if the delivery guy did not deliver is because he probably thought it was not safe! WHAT? the camera filmed what happened, he did not ring the bell, and he was not quick at coming out of the front path, indeed he stayed back studying the windows and the camera at the top. In other words he did not tried to deliver to me, for any reasons of his own. But for Amazon to back him up, telling me I am wrong and during this time pocketing my money from prime: NO!

I ordered a new phone from Amazon last Wednesday (16th Jan). It was due to arrive up until 10pm that day. I waited in at my front window overlooking the front door waiting for the delivery. The driver never turned up. I then got an email from Amazon to say the package had been delivered to a neighbour but there was no house number on it. I had not received a 'sorry we missed you' slip that you would usually get from Amazon. I called their customer service and they confirmed that it had been delivered to a neighbour signed for by someone called Ricardo. It was too late to call in that night so my boyfriend called in the next evening after work to see if they had received it. They said they hadn't and that there was no one called Ricardo living in the house. I reported this back to Amazon and they sent me out a form to fill in to receive a refund. Assuming this was just a mistake I decided to order the same phone again from Amazon as I've never experienced this happening before and assumed it was a one off. The new delivery was supposed to happen on Tuesday. At 11.47am it said that it had been delivered and handed to the resident. I knew this wasn't true because I was the only one at the property at the time and I had been again sitting at the window and knew it hadn't been delivered. Again I had not had a knock at the door, no one had called the number I provided them and I didn't receive any slip to let me know that they had missed me and delivered elsewhere. I rang Amazon to let them know it hadn't been delivered and to find out what the problem was this time. The girl I spoke to said she could see that the location the parcel was scanned at was not my address. She said it was "really strange" and advised me to wait until the end of the day to get back in touch as the parcel might turn up. At about 17.10 last night I called Amazon again to let them know it still hadn't arrived. Again the girl I spoke to confirmed it hadn't been geostamped at my address but on a completely different road. On Wednesday I managed to speak to the man who lives there who said it had definitely not been delivered there. I received an email from Amazon on Wednesday to say they are no longer investigating my delivery and are not willing to offer me a refund as they collected information at the point of delivery which proves it was delivered to me. This isn't true though because I didn't sign for it. This has never happened before, I've always had a really good experience with Amazon. The problems have only started since I moved to a new area. No deliveries have turned up they've all vanished in transit. This leads me to believe the delivery driver is stealing them. Amazon have refused to deal with me either by email or on the phone. I've now had to get the police and my solicitor involved. I have been a loyal customer for years and I'm so disgusted for how they've treated me on this occasion. I now have to go out and buy the phone again elsewhere and am over £200 out of pocket.

i must warn customers on amazon uk that you cannot get a refund on multiple orders with prime video,it says you can cancel a prime video within 14 days of purchase but you can only cancel five videos at a time,if you contact amazon customer service they say because you cancelled orders before on a few occasions that you cannot cancel orders anymore but it does not state this in the terms as i have not seen this anywhere,they need to update the terms and conditions,also when i closed the window in chat it usually says leave feedback but the last two times it has not done this,i wonder why,so i leave feedback here,please take note when buying prime videos,i have had to leave feedback here because i cannot do it on the website for some reason,if amazon change the terms to what i have explained here then i will be happy,but for now i am not happy.by the way amazon refused to refund my orders so i got no money back,this is not good,i did not want to leave this review but as it has happened twice so i had to,when the terms state that multiple orders cannot be refunded then my feedback will change but until then well not good.

I've purchased countless items from amazon. I'm a very happy customer, as they always deliver on time. If I have any issues, they are very prompt in dealing with any situation. It's very uncommon to have any problems. 10 stars if I could!

Contacted Amazon customer service about a faulty item ordered a few months ago, got a prompt reply and a very satisfying solution, Amazon's customer service is second to none, so efficient, the best!
