I signed up for Prime on the assumption I would get next day delivery. Unfortunately what is not clear is that it's only 1 day if they have it in their stock. Out of 5 items 3 took several days as they were not sent out by Amazon direct. One item (a games machine) was damaged in transit and never delivered. I ordered the counsel as a bundle (£199.99) and the game arrived separate. They refunded £166 for counsel and told me to reorder just a consel, but the cheapest was £199.99. Not including game leaving me £33.99 out of pocket. Long story short they reluctant,y gave me a "goodwill gesture" of £34. Needless to say I cancelled Prime.

They have just about everything that you could want for a purchase. Their site search engine recommends other, similar products if you are having trouble finding what you want. The customer rating and feedback system is very helpful.

Prices are usually great but delivery has left something to be desired of late. Of all my orders this month (there have been a few due to black friday and the run up to christmas), 50% have been late and 2 were damaged. After a lot of back and forth, Amazon customer support did manage to resolve each of my complaints but the phone representatives are notably more helpful than those on live chat.

I was sent a fault item. They refunded me the price of faulty item without having to go to the hassle of posting it back. As my health is poor this was a big relief for me.

I ve ordered serrapeptase enzyme mega potency 250.000 IU via Amazon. The deliverywas very fast, packaging very good. However I had very adverse reaction after taking the enzyme for 2 weeks. Then I ve found that it can provoke gastric reflux especially at this potency. There was no warning re side effects of this magnitude. Therefore as to Amazon -very good service, as to product -not enough product information.

What you see with amazon is what you get most of the time and their customer service is good but their delivery is poor this is because they don't have dedicated drivers and use self employed driver who use apps to book delivery slots therefor every time you order something you are likely to get a new driver so if you live in a estate most of the time they will leave your parcel anywhere more convenient than your address like reception or security office whatever is easier for them even if you pay top price for delivery, the issue isn't that big but they don't tell you that your package is left and you end up waiting for days sometimes weeks. They will also make excuses you were not at home when you was etc. This is the only thing they need to improve on.

Prime not worth the money. Order several prime items on Thursdays to be delivered on a Friday - never ever has a single one turned up on the day it was meant to. They're good for cheap stuff, but thats only because they don't pay UK tax properly. For shame Amazon - for shame :(
